I do not know how this firm stays afloat. Every single person outside of this firm was aghast with their incompetence. The "paralegals", office staff and Greg Ritter have either no clue as to what is supposed to happen in a closing or are totally overworked so they can't keep things straight. Both real estate agents, the seller, the mortgage broker and Ritter's Underwriter were in disbelief in how badly my transaction was handled. Numerous errors, which I had to catch, lies about status and non-disbursement of funds are just a few nightmares my husband and I had to deal with. I have over 250 emails and photos to prove everything I've written. This firm even mailed my closing packet (with sensitive information) via the USPS with NO return address, NO postage and closed the large manilla envelope with scotch tape. It's pretty bad when postal employees are even surprised on a "professional" firm sending documents in this fashion. Trust me, use a REAL Title Company for your sale/purchase. These guys should be fined and reprimanded.
