Even when the employee admitted that she told me the first price Jay insisted I pay the amount he just quoted. I feel that if your employee misquotes a price as the owner and as a sense of customer service you should honor the original quoted price. The second issue was that the delivery drivers initially only dropped off a piece of the order. Apparently there was some miscommunication because they explained that their boss would be dropping off the rest at a different time. Luckily I had to go to the office to pay or I don't think the other piece of my order would have ever been delivered. When I explained that my order wasn't completely delivered he had a little chat with the drivers and explained that they had screwed up and were suppose to deliver the whole order. I would do business with them again as I was happy of the overall outcome.

I felt so bad because the bride cried all night. These flowers were less than ok. There were no flowers on her sweetheart table or on the bridal party tables. It really threw the whole look off. I was so surprised that when she called to tell them the issue, they didnt seem to care, said those are the flowers that they have for her, and refused to return to fix the issue at hand. Obviously this was not acceptable when paying top dollar. How can a company like this charge someone so much for flowers and deliver less than average flowers that also were not anything like she was promised?! It was so bad that the bride herself went to try and fix what she could before guests arrived. Because of this she missed her own cocktail. Pictures also did not look as nice with barely any flowers due to this issue. Safe yourself the day of stress and tears! Our family reunion vacation week for our mother's 80th Birthday at Tom and Mary Ann's house was…read morenothing short of fantastic! We pushed the limits in space but with the backyard patio area, rooftop hot tub soaking deck (special accolades to that), the ocean so close and so many places you could walk, bike, paddle to we never at all came to in your face situations... which we all know with family is usually inevitable. We wanted to do something special for our Mom (Omi) for her birthday so we took Mary Ann and Tom's referral and hired the caterer that they suggested... we did a luau theme and they came to the house with the pig roast complete with Hawaiian veges and salads. I for one was amazed that we actually surprised her but I do believe we really pulled it off. We were initially hesitant to rent because of landowners sharing the same house..but we started our search late and there weren't many options to accommodate our large group so we took the chance. Couldn't have been any farther from the fears we had to reality. Always friendly and helpful.. never intrusive or controlling. By the time we left it felt like we were leaving old friends.... the hot donuts Mary Ann brought us from an old time LBI donut shop, the morning before we left sealed the deal! Our family grew up summers in LBI..staying with friends that owned and/or our family renting for weeks at a time. I think I can speak for our family in saying we came home that week. A wonderful magical place in our memories. Lucky me got to share it with my granddaughter while my Mom (Omi) is still with us and oh so big a center of our family. 4 generations of LBI addicts.... what better place to enjoy family!

Our wedding was a destination with many DIY elements and moving parts. Everything was a la carte. We had over thirteen vendors that required coordination the day of our wedding. Prior to our wedding day, Jodie completely wrapped herself around the timeline, vendor roles, and our expectations to make our vision a reality. I came about a week before my party to the shop and Ramona's husband was able to accommodate my balloon order as best as he could. A lot of what I originally wanted was no longer in stock but what they created instead was even better. I ended up ordering two balloon towers and and a bouquet of balloons for the party. Ramona delivered the balloons the night before the party and I loved them! They were able to do a custom tower with the colors of my school and one for my brother was his school colors as well. On top of each tower was a balloon with each name & school logo. I was a bit weary that the balloons wouldn't last till the next night but they did and looked great in pictures. If I have another occasion to celebrate I will definitely head to Balloon & Co for my party decorations.

I have gone here before and thought they were overpriced but came back anyway. But now, never again. I'll drive to the party store in freehold where they had a greater selection and were more reasonably priced. This was just more convenient.
