Even when the employee admitted that she told me the first price Jay insisted I pay the amount he just quoted. I feel that if your employee misquotes a price as the owner and as a sense of customer service you should honor the original quoted price. The second issue was that the delivery drivers initially only dropped off a piece of the order. Apparently there was some miscommunication because they explained that their boss would be dropping off the rest at a different time. Luckily I had to go to the office to pay or I don't think the other piece of my order would have ever been delivered. When I explained that my order wasn't completely delivered he had a little chat with the drivers and explained that they had screwed up and were suppose to deliver the whole order. I would do business with them again as I was happy of the overall outcome.

I can't remember the last time we all sat down for a meal together. The outdoor space was relaxing. The addition of a new blackstone griddle in the back made cooking up big breakfasts fast and easy. The proximity to the beach made trips back and forth to from the house to take a toddler to the bathroom, fix lunch, or run back to grab something quick made for a stress free week. We were initially hesitant to rent because of landowners sharing the same house..but we started our search late and there weren't many options to accommodate our large group so we took the chance. Couldn't have been any farther from the fears we had to reality. Always friendly and helpful.. never intrusive or controlling. By the time we left it felt like we were leaving old friends.... the hot donuts Mary Ann brought us from an old time LBI donut shop, the morning before we left sealed the deal! Our family grew up summers in LBI..staying with friends that owned and/or our family renting for weeks at a time. I think I can speak for our family in saying we came home that week. A wonderful magical place in our memories. There was no need to worry about the weather with Jodie on our team. Jodie's attention to detail, organizational skills, and thoroughness greatly exceeded our expectations. Our wedding was a destination with many DIY elements and moving parts. Everything was a la carte. We had over thirteen vendors that required coordination the day of our wedding. Prior to our wedding day, Jodie completely wrapped herself around the timeline, vendor roles, and our expectations to make our vision a reality. No one knew when to start the race or where the field even ended. The people who went first were the only ones who won. Ramona delivered the balloons the night before the party and I loved them! They were able to do a custom tower with the colors of my school and one for my brother was his school colors as well. On top of each tower was a balloon with each name & school logo. I was a bit weary that the balloons wouldn't last till the next night but they did and looked great in pictures. If I have another occasion to celebrate I will definitely head to Balloon & Co for my party decorations.

I'll drive to the party store in freehold where they had a greater selection and were more reasonably priced. This was just more convenient.
