Unfortunately, the nails were pretty, along with the design I chose but they were lumpy and the shape was off. When I returned today, Jade questioned my dissatisfaction, and John redid my builder gel nails. He did great with the shaping and filing, they're so smooth and feel great, but the design still wasn't what I expected. John usually does a great job but this time the design was pretty messy and not what I truly wanted, and I always show a reference picture.
