Told it may take a month - 1.5 months to complete. I nagged him for the first 3 weeks trying to find out when he would start. He came a day or two after this then would disappear again. I would have to start calling him again. Mid-summer he asked me for more money. Since less that 1/10th of the project was completed I said no more money. Cory agreed to pay me 24,200 for the unfinished work. He did deposit 1500 to my bank account once, however on 2 other occasions he said he would deposit 8000 and 5000. He never did. He has a trusting demeanor but has Lied to me over and over and over. The Attorney General was unhelpful. The lawyer said it would cost 5000 to get a judgement against him and his company. I may never gain the money back. The State police said its a "civil case " How so.... he has stolen my money and disappeared!? I don't know why this man is not behind bars ? If you still have your money in your pocket, run away as fast as you can. Ray. B.

The second time it was poured, it was poured in two pours. The first half was ok. The second half cracked in several places. When Mr Willow with Willow playworks was ask to propose a solution to the cracked concrete, he was going to place a epoxy coating at the cracked location then cover the entire area of concrete with a acrylic coating, however the sealer that was used was not compatible with the acrylic coating. Now Willow Play Works wants to walk away from the project without fixing it properly.
