We had our first group class. The warm up session was grilling with full cardio workout. All my energy were draining out of me. After 20 minutes of warm up, we got to do the best and the exciting part. The kickboxing was energetic, fun, and excellent workout. I appreciate our trainer Melanie who gave us extra attention since it was our first time. Can't wait for the next class.

I've been a member for YEARS and I am so disappointed in how they handled our conversation, because…read moreI said I FELT ripped off because the payment was taken and I can't even go, I'm not vaccinated and wasn't fully aware of the passport situation, and what was actually going to happen, if anything. They never sent out notifications of their new set of rules, or notifications that you could put your contract on hold until the end of August, because if I was notified, I obviously would have put my account on hold. So instead of an apology for an obvious mistake on their end, they proceeded to lecture me about what's on the news and Facebook and what people are talking about, which was pointless because this is about them as a business not notifying me of changes made to my contract, yet they also told me "Your contract is your responsibility"... but isn't it there responsibility as a business to notify me of changes made to my contract..?! So, because I said I wasn't going to go back and forth about it and to just put it on hold, apparently that's 'demanding', and they went as low as to look up the last time I was there and say "You haven't been here for 3 months and you wanna act pissed now because you can't come lol." followed by "I'm not the bad guy here" ...to my shock...I didn't know there was a bad guy.....that was 100% unprofessional and not okay, and I think they knew they were in the wrong, so they deleted the comment before I could screenshot it. I will never spend another penny at this establishment or any 30minhit.

They also have jiujitsu, boxing and other fight related and nutritionists in the premises. Checkout their amazing food at with everything from supplements, food and smoothies. They also have a supplements shop, barbershop and also psychotherapy. Not enough checkout their saunas and pools. Amazing facility that has everything ! Prices are amazingly reasonable and if you sign up for a longer term they give you a great discount.
