He works mostly alone so it probably takes longer than most companies but it was well done... until the paint (seal coating) begin peeling in spots where we park on the driveway approximately 4-6 months later. Steve has been scheduling to come repair the driveway now for approximately a year (or probably more) but has failed to do so. With that being said, I definitely I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone for fear of they have a problem they would get the same treatment as I.

The first impression was positive with Dave scheduling an initial consultation quickly with their on site Manager Angel. Their office provided the scope of work and price in a short period of time. I was out of town for work the day they called to say they'd be there but they provided excellent photographs of the work they did. My flat roof over my carport area had leaks and an insect infestation in a few areas around the edge of the roof. They replaced these areas of wood and photographed them for my peace of mind. They subsequently photographed each sequence of the roofing application and layers. They were quick to get the job approved by city permitting, quick to get it inspected by the building department and provided the photos and permit to me promptly. It was a relatively expensive home repair for my budget but their professional service really put me at ease knowing the roof is structurally sound, no longer leaking and free of the insect infestation.
