I still recommend that you make an appointment though. We had four different documents notarized at $15 each. The staff member helping us noticed that a couple of the items had an older version of the notary page so he added a separate document for those to make sure everything was in order and up to date. So helpful! We would never have recognized any issues. He was very so patient with my Dad (who is 84), calm and thorough. I didn't catch his name but he's employee #236171. After I got my Dad and brother settled next door at Kyoto Ramen and food ordered, I came back to the UPS store to get copies printed for everything. They have self service machines and you tell them how many single or double sided, b&w or color copies you've made. I was back to Kyoto Ramen before the food came out!

I wasn't really expecting much because, in general, it's unrealistic to assume you can get same-day service, especially if someone travels to various appointments. Fortunately, when I called and gave my address, Simarjit happened to be near the area and was able to fit me into his schedule. He got to my place in less than 20 minutes. Simarjit was friendly, conscientious, and considerate (even asking if he needed to take his shoes off). The whole process was quick, maybe 15-20 minutes. The total cost for one signature was $80, and he did accept credit card. My guess is that the price varies based on where you're located and how many signatures you need notarized. Overall, I had a great experience, so if I ever need to get anything notarized again, I would definitely use Simarjit again. Note: Dont expect that he'll come within 20 minutes because I just got extremely lucky.

I'm limping into the store with a 4' x 4' x 6" box of medical equipment returning it. Not heavy, just awkward. I struggled getting it inside. I also had another box about 2 ft x 2ft x 4 inches. I drag it to the closest register. I get in line. I'm at the counter where a guy is helping a customer mail an overnight envelope for $56. Customer upset. They chat. Over to Goldilocks ladies register. She was chatting it up with somebody. I didn't even know it was a customer. She looks at me and says can I help you so I placed my smaller box on the platform. She then looks at me real snooty like and says I'm helping another customer now if you don't mind waiting. Excuse me, but you asked me if you could help me. Then, you tell me I'm being rude? It was at this point in time a raw sushi gut attack or an Alien Baby was about to bust out & was about to explode all over everyone. The guy said he was finished. Then I realized I had a Whole Food RMA not a UPS RMA. I explain I have to get to a restroom. Can I leave the package for 15 minutes until I get the right UPS RMA. Yes! So, for that kindness..2 stars. But, for Goldilocks not so much. She needs training.
