I had to go this morning for a passport photo,I open the door to wonderful smile from a nice young man behind the counter that was good start for me. I got my photo done and then I was off to the post office when a very lovely lady who work there mentione they could ship it for me. Saving me the drive to PO and it hard to go someplace eles when you are getting great service. So I stayed and got great service. With a warm thank you and lovely good buy. This will be my go to UPS should I stay in this area really nice people. I love good morning and thank you when doing business if you do this with a smile and not speaking in a loud tone I'm sold will return for sure. And both people did just that. I needed a document notarized and overnited to a title company in Washington. I found the closest UPS store in the Richmond Marina area and called. Voice mail. You know it's not going to get answered when they ask you to leave the date and time you called. Surprise, they never called me back. Instead, I headed over to see them in person. No notary there and they were not sure when she would be there. Great. From the parking lot, I called the UPS store off San Pablo. They answered and were ready to help. The first time I came in, I didn't realize I actually had a FedEx return. Monica still helped me figure out what to do, told me where to go, and even taped up my box for me. I've been here five times since then, and they've always done a bang up job. Recently, I had a package that I needed to ship urgently. I came in right before closing, and the staff were still happy to help me. They packed and shipped my package, gave me a discount, and had me out the door within 10 minutes. I had to ground-ship a box weighing 30 lbs to my daughter on the east coast. I did a quick check online and found UPS was cheaper than USPS in this case. This is the first time I've been to this UPS store and decided to give them a try since they've gotten good reviews for service. The employee (Bebeck) was very helpful as I've never shipped anything x-country before aside from Amazon and Zappos returns. He was very efficient and pleasant to deal with. The store is never too crowded, very organized, and extremely clean. The service is top notch and so quick, even if there are customers before you. I honestly have not gone back to the other UPS locations since finding this hidden gem. They are located right across San Pablo from Safeway, which for some reason is easy to miss, but is so conveniently located to everything. Try them out! End to end had a great experience here. This will be my go to store moving forward. I especially like that they're open 7 days a week. As mentioned in other reviews, parking was very easy as there are always spots available right out in front of the store. The folks at the front desk are both knowledgeable and very friendly. I came in for passport photos and a notary. The notary was super quick and I really appreciated that the gentleman who took my passport photos didn't rush me and let me know that my shirt collar was out of place before taking the shot.
