Ms. Lin was very friendly, thorough and professional. We requested her traveling (mobile) services to notarize a Power of Attorney document. She called us in advance to review information that would be required to legitimize the notary on issues that we had not thought of before but made absolute sense, i.e., (1) if the (elderly) individual was able to fully comprehend the purpose of signing the document, (2) be capable of physically signing with their signature, and (3) could provide valid documentation for identity authentication, e.g., CDL, CA ID, or passport, and of course confirm the mobile appointment. She was prompt to the appointment, took us through the procedures, and mission accomplished! While she is also bilingual, the appointment was conducted in English---and it actually would have been fun for the signer to practice her other language!
