We had missing cabinets, pieces that didn't fit, trim that was missing. Contractor went to build island and didn't have the base to place cabinets on. Jake never mentioned that contractor was to do this himself. Lots of hinges are messed up. No guidance with design ideas. Wishing I had more drawers than I do. Just not great in general. Spend a little more and go elsewhere. Should have known the price was too good to be true.
