These guys were working in my neighborhood and came over to speak with me about my roof. I will admit that at first, I was very skeptical, as I am with all sales people that come to my door. However they were very professional and offered to do a roof inspection for me. After the inspection, they informed me that my roof was damaged and that they could work with my insurance company to get my roof replaced. They did most of the work with my insurance company and even showed up when the adjuster came over. I was approved for a roof, gutter and downspout replacements. They scheduled me right away. They installed my roof in less than a week after my claim had been settled. They came over a couple of days before install and showed me tile color samples to choose from. They then walked me through the process and answered my questions. My primary point of contact was Billie. He and all the other reps that I dealt with were very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, accessible and helpful throughout the entire process. I did not have to be home for the install. They completed everything while I was out of town, keeping my informed along the way. The instatltion could not have been better timed. The finished the day before we got some heavy snow. Funny story, My neighbor was getting his roof done the day after mine and they had to stop in the middle of the install and put a tarp on the unfinished portion of the roof because of the heavy snow that we were getting. They did a quick sweep after my roof replacement was done, but I still found some nails, gutter screws and cut aluminum around my yard. I also found a piece of old shingle, that was visible from the street, sitting on top of a crosshead in front of my house that was visible. I ended up climbing up the 16 feet to remove it myself. I am happy with how everything turned out and how Showtime and my insurance company worked together to get me a new roof. These guys were great and I recommend them. read more

Sales guys harassed me for an inspection. Did not take no for an answer, helped themselves onto our roof and damaged it. They only left after I told them I will call the police on them. All company personnel I spoke to NEVER APOLOGIZED for the damage, only called it an "unfortunate" situation. Their repair job was TERRIBLE, lasted LESS THAN 60 days before shingles started coming loose. The owner, John, also blew up my phone demanding I remove/delete the "aggressive" Google review I left them. Truck states the company is veteran-owned. No respectable veteran would act or allow people on their watch to act like this. read more

Representatives have come by 7 times in the couple weeks. I have had to make a police report against the company. They still came by after the police got involved. They won't stop coming by. Families in my neighborhood are fed up with this company. They lie and say they're working in homes in the neighborhood but they aren't. They say they're not selling anything but rather giving free services out. They claim to be veteran owned but n veteran I know would behave or allow people to behave like this. Stay clear of this company. Obviously they don't have enough business so they're harassing homeowners. read more

Devin from Showtime Roofing stopped by and talked to me about possible hail damage from a storm in May. I didn't think that I would have any damage because I had the roof replaced in 2008 with 30 year dimensional shingles that were suppose to hold up well to hail. But I let him go up on the roof to inspect it. He did find hail damage and felt it was significant enough for a roof replacement. He started a claim with my insurance company on that Saturday, 7/27. My insurance adjuster reached out to Showtime for detailed photos of the damage on Tuesday. By Wednesday morning Devin notified me that my insurance company approved my claim to replace my roof. The claim process was very easy and required minimal effort on my part. Devin came out and we discussed the color of the shingles, roof vents and drip edge. The roofing materials were delivered on 8/21 and the roof was replaced on 8/22. They replaced my felt underlayment with Rhino Roof synthetic underlayment. They replaced my 30 year shingles with Owens Corning Trudefintion Duration 40 year dimensional shingles. On the day the roof was replaced, a crew of 5 showed up (3 men & 2 women). They did a great job of removing the old roof, cleaning up the debris and installing the new roof. They were very professional and experienced. The began the work at 8:00 am and were completely finished by 4:30 pm. I was very impressed and satisfied with this crew's quality of work. My experience with Showtime Roofing was great from beginning to end. They took care of everything that they said they would and made this an extremely easy process for me. I would highly recommend Showtime Roofing if you are considering a roof replacement. read more
