Like another customer who has posted here, I booked the service. I cancelled within the 72 hour guideline. I emailed JLL to confirm the cancellation. He asked that I text him. I did that. I emailed a week later when I got a reminder that they were going to pick up the next day. I emailed to remind him that I cancelled and that I had not received the refund. He said his people were out of the office until Monday and would take care of it then. Two weeks passed and no credit. I emailed again saying I would dispute the charge and leave a negative review if it was not taken care of. I received a response within an hour, which simply had an email address to an unknown (to me) company. I have since disputed with my credit card company, which immediately gave me credit. Painful to work with - glad I cancelled the ride as I don't know how that would have gone... I found myself in a jam needing a ride home from Logan after a trio abroad and found this service. Owner is very responsive. My driver was very new and was confused about where to pick me up and that was a little frustrating but he got me home and that's what counts. :-) If I need car service again , I would give them another go! read more

I requested a car online and was quoted 540.00, moments after my confirmation email was received I received a text from the company that the charge would not be 540.00 but rather it was going to be 1,200.00. SUCH a scam. Do not do business with this company. read more

Actually no stars. Unreliable. We booked this service for rides to and from Logan for a recent trip. Car was 25 minutes late for trip to airport without credible explanation. Car was also late for the trip home, despite having asked for flight info "so that we can track your arrival." Dispatcher is unprofessional. Drivers are fine - once someone actually shows up. Provided my flight information.. upon arrival the driver was not at the airport and spoke very little english which made it difficult to communicate. Waited 45 min after our scheduled pick up time. Once we were picked up the driver provided a safe comfortable ride. read more

DO Not let the nice website fool you. It leads you to believe it is a professional, respectable business, and it is the exact opposite. The person that answered the phone was the same person that arrived to pick us up. When car arrived to drive us to the airport, I was appalled at the the condition of the vehicle. It was very old, rust and rust patches everywhere, and the tires were bald. The car was dirty and mechanically not fit to be driven. Air conditioning wasn't working, shocks in the car were gone and there was a burning smell emitting from the car. The driver did not speak English well and looked to be a street bum. Filthy, old clothes that were at lease three sizes too big. It was the worst ride and service I've experienced in my life (Including yellow taxi's). I cancelled the return pick up and requested a refund. The same guy responded by stating I would not get a refund. Please do not use this company! read more

I reserved and prepaid (with tip) on-line a ride from Somerville to Logan Airport with pickup at 4:45 am for a 6:15 am flight. When the driver did not arrive at 4:45, I immediately called. There was no record of my prepaid reservation, and the person who answered asked me to text the pickup address. After texting and calling to find out when the driver would arrive ("he is on the way"), I finally decided to drive my own car at 5:15 am to avoid missing my flight. After I made my flight, I texted and called the owner "Joseph" multiple times to request a refund and payment for my additional parking costs. He did not refund my credit card or pay the additional parking costs. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. My husband had to take the T to Logan to get our car to avoid even higher parking charges while I was away. This service is unreliable and dishonest. read more

Never use this dishonest business. Have been trying to get a refund for the last 2 weeks from them because they made me book on their site twice. Driver showed up 30 minutes late. Owner called me at 4:30a thinking I was the pick up person and I wasn't. Horrible business. read more

This company couldn't track a flight after I provided a flight number and proceeded to yell at me that I didn't arrive on time, as if I had control over the flight. Highly unprofessional, did NOT provide the service and still charged me, would never use again, and highly encourage no one else does either. read more

Driver was very friendly, however it was a very scary ride. The driver was swerving and falling asleep. It was the most unsafe I have ever felt in a car. I would have rather taken an Uber, lyft, Logan Express, etc. During multiple occasions the driver started to slump over and veer off the road. There were also several times where the driver was clearly asleep because the car would slow down to almost a complete stop (on the highway), causing us the be beeped at by passing cars. Very scary. Will never ever book with them again. read more

JLL Car Service only gets one star because there is no ZERO STARS option. Booked a taxi online and paid in full for a trip from Mystic, CT to Boston Airport. Five minutes before our pick-up was due the owner called to say that 'nobody looks at the website on a Sunday' and that nobody would be picking us up. While he promised to refund the $326.40 that had been charged, more than a month later this still has not been done, despite numerous phone calls and WhatsApp messages. Unbelievably bad service and there is NO EXCUSE for not refunding our money. As no service was provided, withholding the refund is just FRAUD. Would not recommend JLL Car Service under any circumstances. read more

I accidently booked the wrong date. When we landed I called and the operator was so friendly and helped us so much. He connected us immediately with driver Pierre who was on stanby at the airport. A mistake that wax mine, was fixed immediately. Thank you for prompt and friendly service. Highly recommend and will use again!!! With the correct date lol read more

Waited an hour and a half for our driver to show up. The first guy said he didn't get the text from his boss to get us. We had 2 confirmations sent to us: 1 by email and 1 via text to confirm the pickup time and place. Since the 1st guy didn't show up, we were forced to wait another 1.5 hours. We tried calling the number from the original reservation, but the guy never answered. The drivers were fine, but my issue is the unprofessional service and lack of communication from the "boss". He should have reached out to us to explain the situation, rather than us having to call around trying to figure out if someone was coming to get our family of 7 to the airport on time. He never answered or returned any of our calls. Super stressful and way too much $! You can just take the subway to the airport and take a free shuttle from the station. Lesson learned. read more

PLEASE DO NOT use this car service. I never write negative reviews but I have to warn you this place is scary. Unfortunately I cannot give zero stars. I booked a round trip from BOS to Quincy for my boss and she was not happy with the driver on the first trip. He seemed high and she had to endure listening to his rap music or hip-hop (not sure exactly) so I called to cancel the return trip. This guy was literally YELLING at me that I didn't cancel within 24 hours so he would NOT refund my money. He said he would give a credit only and I explained we did not want that due to the first ride. Oh he went off the rails on that yelling about they are the number one service in Boston, blah blah blah. I told him I would stop my cc payment then, to which he responded he said he would "see me in court". He was so loud on the phone my husband could hear him. He said he "did not care" that I would never use their service again because they are so well known. So this guy basically stole around $100 from us. Not worth fighting over but save yourself the headache of this place - they "do not care" about you. THE WORST! read more
