I used Boston Executive Limo Service to get to Boston Logan for an early morning flight under COVID-19 conditions. I spoke to a congenial person on the phone who was able to accommodate all of my requests. She was able to schedule me a driver for the next day even though I needed someone to be at my door by 4:30 am and needed a car large enough to accommodate my 4 checked bags (I was moving cross country). My driver arrived at my door the next morning 10 minutes early. He was very nice and wore a mask the whole time. The car was very clean and equipped with sanitizer and water bottles. The driver loaded and unloaded my bags for me and even waited with my stuff while I fetched a luggage cart. My experience with Boston Executive Limo Service was nothing but positive. I am so glad I found this company to pick up my son from Boston Logan Airport and drop him off at RISD. It is the first time that my son has flown alone and BELS makes it very stress free. The driver they assigned is very professional. I don't know how they are managing this crazy covid time where schools are pivoting to on line classes, changing dates while airlines are cancelling flights at the very last minute due to crew infections but they somehow handle it flawlessly. Can't say enough positive things about these people, and about their vehicles. Our driver showed up on time and looked like a million bucks. An mature gentleman that had a professionalism demeanor about himself. He was friendly and when my girlfriend was running late, he said no worry, take your time. The vehicle was a large and spotless, black Cadillac SUV. Beautiful car! The price was very reasonable especially in light of the quality of the vehicle and it's driver. I paid $135 each way which included gratuity's. Other places I called were more expensive. He stayed with us for the entire evening which not all limo services do! My mom and I visited Boston for the first time and we were pretty nervous about it. Originally, we were going to rent a car and drive, but that idea was quickly shot down once we heard about the *type* of drivers that Boston was known for. Instead, we decided to hire a car to get us from the airport. And I'm so glad that we did! To not deal with the stress was nice, but the service that we got was even better! The booking process was super easy, and our driver David was waiting for us when we got to the airport. Our flight actually landed later than scheduled because of a delay, and I was really worried that the driver would just leave without us, but he actually checked the flight status online and waited the extra hour for us to land and get us! He was super courteous and so friendly. It was my mom's first time on the East Coast at all (we're from Hawaii) and she was nervous because of the unfriendly reputation they have. But David was really chatty and nice and made us feel welcomed in the city. He knew his way around like no one's business and even told us a bit about the city and its history. It was like getting a driver AND a tour guide in one haha. The ride was perfect and even though we ran into a bit of traffic, I didn't mind. The car was clean and spacious and really comfortable. I wasn't thrilled about the idea of getting into another confined space after the 14+ hour flight from Hawaii, but if all airplanes were like that car, let me tell you, I'd fly everywhere. We were so happy about our experience that we ended up using Boston Executive Limo Service to get us back to the airport too (we were originally going to take an airport bus). This is a bit late, Im catching up with all my reviews today. I used Boston Car Service when I went to the east coast last year in may. I flew into Logan Airport and had been set up with Boston car service via a family member. I FELT LIKE ROYALTY, No seriously. Driver went above and beyond the norm ( at least in my eyes). I had made a comment about being hungry and he offered to get food for me. made sure the temp was not to hot or to cold, would warn me about "bumpy roads" and asked me if he could take a detour to beat the traffic. I appreciate all of this! on my way back to the airport the week after, Driver was there 10 minutes early waiting. I was happy, I was so nervous about being late so to see the early arrival..man. We arranged for a BELS driver to pick up 5 of my family members and friends at a Boston bed & breakfast to follow me along the Boston Marathon race course on April 15, 2019. We had provided them with a sketchy itinerary which needed to be flexible due to the uncertainties in my arrival times at various points along the course. The driver, Alex (an owner of the company) could not have been more professional, courteous, or accommodating. Despite the challenges of traffic congestion, road closures, and timing uncertainties, Alex was able to navigate his way to all of the viewing locations on time, making the day especially enjoyable for my family/friends and me. And although we exceeded the reserved time for our car, BELS did not charge anything for the runover time. There were no surprises, as the taxes, fees, and gratuities were all included in the cost, as promised. My long time Boston car service fell on hard times. They were great for 20 years, then became less reliable. I had a Logan trip from RI with tough start and end times, and I needed a car service. Its 2018, so I started with Yelp and found these guys. They have 24 hr service/dispatch. On the first call they were professional but still appropriately causal and friendly. Their rates weren't the lowest, nor should they be. "You get what you pay for" applies a ton in this business. But they were organized and answered all of my questions. I booked a round trip with a 3:30 AM pickup on the front and a 1 AM pickup on the back. Not a lot of room for error if someone doesn't show up. There was a minor error on my quote which they fixed right away with no fuss. I confirmed the day before, and they had already assigned my driver and emailed me his contact info. They did the same for my return. Our drivers were seriously professional and the cars were new and pristine. Everything was early, and drivers communicated throughout. We have absolutely found a new car service and can recommend these guys without reservation or criticism. read more
