When I was looking for transportation to bring myself and four others to Logan, RJ's lack of Yelp reviews made me a bit hesitant --- buuuut the rates were by far the best I had seen, so I went with it. So. Glad. That. I. Did. We were picked up on time (the driver was 15 minutes early and patiently waited outside) and our driver was amazing. SO nice/polite, helped with all of our bags (5 girls on vacation = heavy luggage) and drove us without incident. The car was very nice and super clean. I booked round trip service for my daughter (a college student) between Cambridge and Logan before I noticed the two negative reviews here. Given that the owner had posted a reasonable explanation and the other three reviews were positive, however, I decided to give them a chance. I'm glad I did. The driver showed up on time for pickup and was courteous and friendly. He was waiting in the cell phone lot when my daughter returned and was there to pick her up within 10-15 minutes of her calling. The price was reasonable and I will definitely be using them again. The experience was "BAD" !! We requested a SUV because we had Golf Clubs . We were picked up with no problems from the airport, Boston- Logan . They were there as promised. The return was a terrible! We call the day before just as a reminder, (our company paid in advance of the services) . They did not arrive on time, we called repeatedly and we were told that they were on the way !! Someone did show up one hour late, in a small Camry , which could not accommodate our golf clubs and luggage !!!! It was a nightmare !! We had NO choice ! We place golf clubs in the back seat & truck which had to be tied down. We also had to hold our luggage. We did call RJS when we arrived home. They were rude and to our office manager " Lady you will get your money refunded !!!! We NEVER did !!! Our company does NOT use RJS and we suggest that YOU BE aware of their tricks !!!!!! My husband started using RJS for business travel a few years ago. Robert was always prompt, friendly and rates were very reasonable. Over the years the service has been reliable and consistent. We now use RJS for family vacations - anytime we need to go to the airport. It is cheaper than parking overnight in most cases and so nice to have the friendly service and help with our bags. I called to confirm airport transfer two days before and was assured all was well. They no-showed for our morning flight. Luckily we were able to drive ourselves but had to use the overpriced close airport parking in order to make our flight. Not only did RJS No show up- they essentially cost me an extra $40. read more

Never use RJS Transportation. I called RJS to arrange for a car to pick us up at Logan Airport with a prepaid fee of over $100. We were at the end of a great vacation but had about 16 hours worth of travel time. When the plane landed I called RJS and was told that a driver was there at an area for pick-ups. We got there but no driver...I called ...was told he was there and they would call me back...after 15 minutes of no driver and no call...I called back...again told that the driver was at the airport and would be there in a few minutes...another 15 minutes and no driver...called and again told he would be right there...there were several more calls with a different story each time.... When a a different driver did arrive after an hours wait...he told us that they called him about 15 minutes earlier...In effect either they had no idea where the oiginal driver was or they lied to us and assigned the driver to another pick up...in either case their lies had us waiting for an hour. They are the worst car/limo service I encountered and I would not use them again. read more

Unfortunately, I had to cancel my reservation with this company due to other travel arraignments. However, I had written to them via email after making the reservation to confirm the number I needed to call, and they had replied promptly. I figured I'd take a chance by emailing my cancellation, and if I didn't hear from them, then I would call them. I heard back from them the very next day and was issued a full refund (as explained on their website, a full refund will be issued if done more than 7 days in advance of the date of pick up). No questions were asked and there were absolutely no problems in getting a refund. Honestly, I'm a little disappointed that I wasn't able to actually utilize this service, but knowing how easy it is to book, I will definitely be trying again in the future! read more

I have lost count of how many times I have used this company. The cars are well maintained and clean and warm but not too hot. The price is good. The owner is personable and smart and we have interesting conversations (he is professional and if you don't want to chat at 5 AM I am sure he will give you a quiet ride). He has dealt with me, me traveling with an 86 year old with a cane, and me putting my Mom in the car at Logan and my brother waiting for her at her house. One time we forgot something in the house and had to go in and get it and have them reopen the trunk and the driver was patient and courteous with us and reassured us we would be at the airport on time. Now they will be picking up my brother and me tomorrow. I have had two of his drivers and they were more than punctual (arriving early) and pleasant. I like that tip and tolls are included so it is one less thing to worry about leaving for a trip. Book online- you get a small discount for doing so. I actually look forward to calling the owner and always hope that he is the driver! read more

Do NOT use RJS limo. I Scheduled RJS months in advance for a round trip to the airport during the February school vacation (2015). This trip was a family ski vacation to Utah which included a lot of luggage and ski equipment. I prepaid for this limo service. I also called a couple of days before to remind RJS of the scheduled pick-up time. My flight required a 4: 30 am pick-up time. On the morning of the trip RJS did not arrive. At 4:45, I called to ask if the limo was coming. RJS said "one of his guys is doing it" and said he would call me right back. RJS did not call back. 10 minutes later I called back and RJS again said he would call me back. RJS never called back. I was now over a half hour late for my departure time for the airport, with my family of four, and no ride. This was particularly disturbing do to the fact that I paid a lot of money for a direct flight to Utah and would have to try to reschedule a flight which would cost me over a day on lost vacation time. RJS never showed up and never refunded me a dime. RJS still has my $264. read more

We love RJS Transportation and have been using them for 5-6 years now--and our latest experience was so over the top that I had to post a review. We booked a home (metrowest) to Logan pickup for our annual family vacation, and as RJS was pulling into our driveway (at 3:30am for a 6am flight), we got a text from the airline that our flight was canceled. We piled into the car anyway, and instead of dumping our party of 7 (including semi-elderly in-laws) plus luggage at the terminal, our driver waited with our bags in the car while we figured out our flight. We had to rebook our flight for the next day--and are so grateful that our driver stayed. He brought us home, and otherwise it would have been a nightmare waiting for Logan Express to start their daily run and then grab a taxi at that hour. RJS goes above and beyond and always has for us--and we will continue to use them. The rates are reasonable, the drivers are most often early and always at least on-time, they are courteous, and they are reliable. Can't say enough about the stellar job these guys do every day. read more
