Paul, Josh and Jayden arrived as planned, was very professional and pleasant. While one carried wheel barrel loads of mulch around in preparation of later spreading it, the others were grabbing the extra weeds we had missed as well as spent a considerable amount of time in tidying up all the edges of each bed before applying the mulch. The edges were already defined but had become a bit messy. When they were finished it was tidy, sharp clean edges! It was apparent their attention to detail was important to them, it was obvious they cared about the way they performed the job and cared about the end result of our yard. Our backyard is our sanctuary and an important part of our everyday living. We truly appreciated how careful they were with everything they did. The only thing that held it up from a fifth star was we felt like the staff was withholding or not taking us seriously when we were asking for interest in ordering a magnolia tree. We were asking for price ranges and they wouldn't seem to give it to us even though we understood that they didn't have them available currently or that they may need to look it up. I can't help but feel like I thought we wouldn't be able to afford it or something of that nature. Otherwise, a not so bad experience.
