From that very first visit, Dr. Gantes met my fear with extraordinary sensitivity, patience, compassion, and respect. Never once has she made me feel embarrassed, difficult, or ashamed of being afraid. She listens. She explains. She gives me the time I need, respects my limits, and has an incredible ability to make me feel safe during procedures that once would have terrified me. What makes Dr. Gantes exceptional is not only her skill as a dentist, which is outstanding, but her humanity. She understands that there is a person in the chair, not simply a set of teeth to be treated. Since that emergency visit, I have needed significant dental work, and I have continued to return to her . . . VOLUNTARILY, to deal with issues I have neglected due to my fear. With every appointment, I leave a little more confident and empowered than when I arrived. Thanks to Dr. Gantes, I am finally able to take the steps to restore my dental health. If you have dental anxiety or a serious dental phobia, I cannot imagine placing yourself in more compassionate or capable hands. That's why they get into "patient care" to care about the patient. I have always had this little seed that bothered me, but I stayed with them. Everything that has been billed to my current PPO plan has come back with EOB's stating what you may owe. When I told them what I had paid, they said I was overcharged. I always had a feeling It was too much, but again I trusted them. The guy who comes to the room to ask you for money, I will keep his name to myself, is Heartless. No matter how much I explained Wow that's a lot I can't do that. "Well, you can call care credit and increase your limit". The point is, I am also in healthcare-Revenue Cycle to be exact, my team works with patients why because we live in a world where everyone is struggling to make ends meet. But in this practice unfortunately it's all about $$. On my last visit the doctor saw me for 2 minutes and said I needed another extraction. I said I am going to end up with no teeth. Her answer "you have plenty of teeth left" sorry but that did not make me feel any better. Then my neighbor across the street said Have you read their reviews? Awful. So, I came to read them. I wish I would have read them a LONG TIME AGO. I am so disappointed in myself for trusting this place. I feel like I have had so many procedures that MAYBE were not necessary. I have paid thousands of dollars to this place after Insurance. I am not going back. I have actually shopped around with all my EOB's and have found other practices with better prices, financing options and good reviews.

The dentist was happy and cheerful as well as informative towards my specific issues and concerns. Their website was well done and very informative for me when I was doing more research on them, I especially love how they're a local business thats been open since before the pandemic and still go above and beyond for their patients. I was referenced by a close friend who is their regular customer and I was told I wouldn't regret my decision (which I truly didnt). I will be doing my future cleaning and/or extractions with them from now on and will refer them whenever possible. The staff are extremely friendly and professional, and the office is very clean and modern. The shopping center can be packed but there is convenient rooftop parking. I came to their office as an emergency appointment because my fixed retainer broke on the bottom and the loose wire was driving me crazy! The staff was able to squeeze me in to see Dr. Diana and she took the time to explain the process to me and what the next steps would be. She was very sweet and went above and beyond when it came down to fitting me with a new retainer when I still had deep cleaning to do (as the cleanings could potentially affect how the retainer would fit on my teeth). The new retainer was done within two days, which was a huge relief as I was concerned about my teeth shifting again. I never waited longer than a few minutes in the waiting room during the multiple visits I had, and the staff was great in getting everything through my insurance.
