Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing from beginning to end. 1. Very limited color availability The salon was out of every shellac color I initially selected. I had to repeatedly go through the sample books to find a color that was actually available, which took unnecessary time and was frustrating. 2. Customer service I did not feel welcomed during my visit. The staff mostly spoke to each other in a language I could not understand instead of communicating with me, which made me feel excluded and uncomfortable. Whenever I raised a concern, I felt that the responsibility was placed back on me rather than my concerns being addressed. 3. Product quality Please refer to the attached photos. My shellac started peeling in less than one week. The actual shellac color looked noticeably different from the catalog sample. The polish was so sheer that the tips of my nails remained visible. When I pointed this out, I was told that I should choose a more opaque color next time instead of being offered a solution. Considering that shellac is expected to last much longer, this was very disappointing. 4. Pedicure For me, a pedicure should be a relaxing experience. Unfortunately, I felt that everything was done as quickly as possible, and I left feeling rushed rather than relaxed. I understand this may be subjective, but it was genuinely how I experienced the service. 5. Manicure I am still unsure why, after receiving a professional manicure, I ended up with painful cuticles, peeling skin, and small scars around several nails. This is not something I have experienced after manicures at other salons. I have had my nails done at other places before, so I was not expecting perfection--only the standard of care that most professional salons provide. Update after the appointment After the pedicure, one of my toes had been cut painfully during the service. Subsequently, I developed paronychia (a nail fold infection) in that toe and required medical treatment. I cannot say with certainty what caused the infection, but this occurred after the injury I sustained during the pedicure, which made the experience even more concerning. Overall, based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this salon.

I've been growing out my real nails with gel and powder acrylic refills for about 2 years. I kept removing them and so that's why it took so long for my nails to grow. But now they're the perfect length but weak as hell. My friend recommended the SNS treatment and what a game changer. My nail technician was amazing! They first had to remove my powder and that took a while since the layers were thick. It took maybe 4 dips in nail polish remover to peel it all off. Then as my nail technician was filing them, one nail broke! It's not bad but you can definitely tell it's too short. I opted to leave it as is because it'll grow back. I didn't want to add a fake tip. SNS is powder but it's much finer than the acrylic powder. It feels like flour. They dip your fingers in the powder and flick your finger to get rid of the excess. Imagine my face when they dipped my fingers in the powder! It's like magic. I know I've referred to the acrylic powder as nail cocaine in my other reviews as a joke before but SNS is actually nail cocaine. Even the colour is a powder they dip your fingers into! They then apply a top coat. They dip your fingers maybe 2 times in the SNS powder and then 3 times for the colour powder depending on how smoothly it sticks. The nail polish coat is applied after every dip. You then get everything smoothed out with their drill machine. The end feeling is so great. It feels light and airy but your nails are strong! It's also not thick like the gel or acrylic powder. It cost me $50 with taxes and tip first time around because they had to remove my acrylic but next time it should be $35. The only con is that the SNS colours aren't as nice as the regular nail polish colours. But I can overlook that since it'll make my real nails much stronger

I went in for a refill (they tidy up your nails with powder (I call it nail cocaine) and a new polish colour) and it cost me 40$ with tax and tip. Not cheap and I'm not sure they did a much better job than the last place I went to. The place is hard to find unless you know your way around the Montreal downtown underground. It's in the tunnel that connects PVM and Centre Eaton. They close at 7pm on Mondays and I finish work at 6pm. When I got there there were already 3 people finishing up so I really thought they weren't going to have time to fit me in but it wasn't a problem. The removal of my old polish was really fast. The man had all sorts of gadgets and tools. Then he cut my fake nail tips, applied the nail powder (cocaine), and finished up with nail filling (I originally thought you file the nail and then apply the powder). The guy who shaped my nails was a pro! He was filling it every direction making sure every inch of my nails were cut evenly and smoothly. It was great! The part that turned it into just an ok visit was the application of the colour which was done by a lady. The colour I wanted was mislabeled and so they didn't have it in stock anymore. I had to choose another colour on the spot so I'm not completely in love with it. And also, the lady who painted my nails painted one of them crooked. You can't see it when my fingers are together but you can totally tell once the finger is alone. For 40$, I don't think that should happen. Maybe my nail is misshapen but shouldn't they fix that then? Instead of using gel polish that is just polish, she used the kind you put in the little cooker thingy. I don't think I like that method because, even though it's faster, I don't think it feels or looks as good. In the grand scheme of things, it's small. They still did an ok job and it is a very convenient location. They were also very friendly. Verdict is still out on wether I'll return.
