We told him no more stories and excuses either pay or we will see you in court. He doesn't contact us anymore. So now we will see him in court. I will be contacting the Attorney General as well for fraud. I know of at least two other people he has done this to. I'm sure there are many more. The garage was drywalled so it took some time to get the wiring routed through the jousts - which is what I wanted so that it would look professional and remain safe.
