Jon has been our agent for our home and auto insurance for over ten years. During that time he has never once failed to return a phone call or email. He has always taken time to explain the policies, their cost and the way raising or lowering deductibles influences what insurance costs us. A couple of years ago I got rear-ended by an uninsured driver. Cost of repair came to about $900. Jon and his office team were great in processing the claim. I would rather have not been rear-ended, but this claim worked out as well as Jon and State Farm could make it. Overall, I recommend Jon 100%, with no reservations at all. If you are looking for an insurance guy who is both highly competent and highly caring, Jon is your guy. And just to keep this on the up and up, we are customers, and not affiliated with State Farm or Jon at all.
