The parent company is a larger company that has plenty of experience in this industry so who am I to disagree, much like the eurythmics. This company now has many stores that offer the same goods in the south so one outlet wouldn't be too far away. The way it works is that you call them up, they come round and give you the quote with they stress the ACTUAL amount you will pay, then you decide if you want them to do it. Simples! The website is very interesting as there is much information on there about the company and also information on how to keep your upholstery looking good so that you don't have to get them round as quick.

You cannot quote one price for a set of services, come in and do much less, and still demand to be paid the same. I was told over the phone that pricing is done by the size of the curtains, and not by what services they provide. Essentially, people with cleanish curtains subsidise the ones with dirty ones. Avoid at all cost!

I had two girls come and scrub the kitchen stove and counter, vacuum and mop, bathroom also needed scrubbing, and windows needed cleaning and remove all garbage. It was worth doing, the inventory clerk who did my check-out commented on how good the clean was and said I'll have no trouble getting my deposit back, which is great. Overall five stars.
