Visited this store just the other day, was welcomed in by friendly staff who answered all the…read morequestions I had for the books i was looking for, I'm not the biggest reader it's just a new hobby I want to get into but I'm glad I came here first. They had a WIDE selection from popular to discounted and donated books for a good price, they had a section from workers recommendations to different book events for the holidays. The place seemed lively so if you're a bookworm or someone like me who wants to become one, I definitely recommend because I haven't been able to put this new king book down.

These books how I understand are books from other stores that didn't quite sell all the copies. So for being used isn't the right term, not one of them have even been read!! The prices are great!!! The girl working has never been mean to me - but she never asks if I need help either (even when I am the only customer in the store). On that note - I've never met the two people pictured under "owners" here on Yelp! at the store - maybe the experience is better with them. I guess I'm spoiled. I expect more from a bookstore. Will I visit again? Only if I'm in Sharon for some other reason.

The baristas in the cafe and the workers in the bookstore are all very pleasant and helpful. There is no tip jar on the counter but they are aloud to accept tips. I find that showing some gratitude makes everyone's experience more delightful.

Since they opened - their customer service has gotten much better (it used to be awful). I guess I…read moremiss the knowledgeable sales people that Borders had when it was in town. They have an okay selection of books, but almost never have what I'm looking for (but are always willing to order it for me - which is great - but I can do that myself and it defeats the purpose of going to a local store). Bottom line - when I go to the bookstore I want to interact with other people who love to read, and from my experience - their employees don't.
