Never work for this company! I'm not going to say anything about their cleaning services, but never try to work for them. The owner made comments completely irrelevant about my hairstyle, he talked about too much politics during a interview. If you ask me, he's an uncover racist. The owner clearly has issues when it comes to his temperament. He screams like a little fucking baby when he doesn't get his way and he will admit that. Even the coworkers admitted that he told a cilent to "suck his dick" after getting business from them. He's completely unprofessional and his hourly pay is misleading. Never, never work for this man. I tried my best to keep a cool head about this guy but it was really unsettling. I felt like he judged me the minute I walked in the door because I was black. And because I laughed it off and said nothing he compared me to Will Smith from the Aladdin movie. I swear it was so racist and I was like a fucking boiling pot from there on out. I don't usually write reviews, though I rely on them greatly. That is why I decided to share my experience with JMS. I bought a new-to-me home that needed a little extra TLC. It was recommended that we have our air ducts cleaned since the home is older and I have allergies. I called a few companies who provided me with estimates over the phone in a matter of 30 seconds. I wasn't satisfied with this simply because these people have no idea how large my home is or how dirty my ducts were, yet they were quick to provide me with some generic pricing that would probably change when they showed up to do the work. One thing that really stood out to me was the fact that the owner took his time to come out to my home and actually look at my ducts. I felt that his pricing was fair and he was knowledgeable. His staff was helpful in scheduling the appointment for me and did not hassle or pressure me into booking the cleaning. The gentleman that came out took extra precautions not to scratch up my hardwood floors and was very professional and prompt. I don't plan to have my ducts cleaned again too soon, but I have already scheduled an appointment to have my furniture cleaned. A+! read more

We contacted JMS to clean our carpet in the lower level of our house. We were sold this carpet by Lowes as great for pet and high traffic. Jan personally came through and said that the type of carpet we have actually attracts the dirt. We were concerned about doing it prior to the Holiday party, but Jan informed me about a 60 day touch up policy. His team was great. they did an amazing job making the carpet look almost new again. While at the party someone spilt some wine and as promised, JMS came back out in 30 days and retreated the spots that needed Jan Sanders himself stopped out to re-inspect and apply a spray that assisted in getting the last bit of wine out of the carpet. I hired another carpet cleaner as I was getting ready to put my home on the market and it was a mistake. The stains still remained and they didn't even bring products to deal with the pet odors from my dog. My realtor suggested JMS carpet cleaning. It was a pleasure speaking with them on the phone to make the appointment and they were able to give me an appointment the same week. The carpet cleaning appeared right on time and after he completed the first room I was blown away. The carpet looked brand new. The technician was very friendly, courteous and professional and he knew what he was doing. The pricing was fantastic for three rooms. This is our first experience with JMS and it will not be our last. We were extremely impressed with the quality of work and the professionalism of everyone we met. Our carpets are over 10 years old and they now look new! After 4 kids and 2 dogs, we never thought they could look this good.
