We also had electrical issues. We got several estimates and a few recommendations from colleagues. Of all the companies that came to pitch us John and his team were the only people to show up with a lift truck to thoroughly check out the existing sign. We checked references for every company but STP had a very impressive list of companies and strong support from everyone. We awarded them the job but then got hit with three consecutive snowstorms. This caused major delays but once it was done we knew we made a great choice. It came out absolutely perfect. Highly recommended.

He took all the money and now he keep on promising to come to fix but never shows up. what we were afraid of happened. On 25th Dec 2020 the sign blew away after two days he installed. I purchased a sign from this company a few years ago with no issues. Since then, the lettering of…read morethe signs have basically disappeared, due to weather and age. I requested a quote to have it fixed. They said there has been a change of ownership at the company and they don't have any records of my original order. I sent them the info I had. It took months to get a simple quote back and then they told me the sign is too old to fix. They said they could re-do the lettering. So I said that's fine. How much would it be just the lettering? Again, no response for weeks. I have emailed and called with no response. They must have caller ID because now they just hang up when i call. Needless to say, the company has become extremely unprofessional and obviously it is not the same company I dealt with before. The one guy who I spoke to on the phone said I needed to talk to the boss who was out visiting a client. I still haven't heard back. Now I need to find another company to fix their installation. Probably if you're a big company they will prioritize your business but if you're a repeat customer or small order, do not expect to be treated professionally. A shame really.
