The management at American Eagle is excellent, John, the owner is super friendly and helped us choose a nice space, he is onsite a lot and keeps everything looking great. The whole facility is paved and covered. The amenities are top notch: electricity, dump station, phone app for 24 hour access and security cameras everywhere. Their rates are fair and affordable. John even has a nice spacious spot in the back with utilities (50 amp, sewer and water) he lets renters use to show their units to prospective buyers if they decide to sell, it worked like magic for us. Last summer, they lost a handful of very expensive items of ours in a drop off and she argued that we never dropped them off and that mistakes like that do not happen at Mitchell's. In our very next pickup, we received a men's shirt that didn't belong to us, so I took it right back to Mitchell's and she didn't even say thank you. About 3 months later, our missing items magically appeared in a pickup and she told us we wouldn't be charged for them since it was their error. There are other dry cleaning options out there in Boerne, and we've finally had enough after a decade or more of supporting this local business.
