Do not use their mailbox service. The address they gave me to use did not work with large mail systems. When I told them about it, I was given two other ways to list my address. Those didn't work either. They said they would call me when I received mail. It has been six months and no call. The yearly membership for the overpriced service should have a been a red flag. Just know when mailing from here there's a 60% markup from a regular post office. I walked in and the first thing out of the owners mouth is these won't go out today and I said that's fine. He then asked if they were paid for already and I said no, in which case he responds and says oh well then they will go out today. I only make money if you mail from us not drop off packages here. I mailed a care package to a service member and was charged $80 for two flat rate boxes which would have been much lower at usps. I did inform them when I walked in it was my first time there and I honestly had no idea the prices would be that much more. They marketed themselves on social media like it's just another post office but it's definitely not. Basically I got robbed as I just had cheeze its and Oreos inside the box got to make a service member happy on thanksgiving!! read more

Forewarning, they have a 60% markup on the USPS costs. My wife made the mistake of dropping off a couple flat rate boxes for military care packages and I was shocked when I discovered that she was charged $39.18 for each box that USPS charges $24.25 for. When I stopped in 20-30 mins after she dropped them off to pick them back up, instead of trying to find a solution, Joseph wanted to argue how he only has a 46% markup, not 60% and just ended it with "We're not for everybody". They might be alright for certain things, but hiked rates aside, based on my experience with Joseph, he was 100% right...they're certainly not for me. I prefer to spend my money at local businesses who have respect for customers. read more
