Sent a picture to the company in regards to their employees' parking at a local McDonald's. The…read moretruck was parked across three handicap spaces. Their response was " I understand it might be difficult to believe but some companies have employees who work for them and drive company vehicles and as you may or may not know some of these employees make mistakes. Not everyone can be such an outstanding citizen as yourself." If this is their level of professionalism when it comes to illegal parking, imagine how bad their actual work it.

He never finished the paid in full porch. After giving me several dates on when he would start my roof he never did. Each time he would say he would start in 2 weeks. He never did any roof work. Ron does good work when he works. He quit the job in September of 2025 and has not returned my money. Also owes for unfinished porch that was paid in full and screens. I have filed a report with the local police department. I have also filed with the Maine Attorney General. I know have an appointed with a lawyer. Ron is horrible at communicating and has every lie in the book for why he can't get work done. I am very frustrated as all I asked for was my metal roof. He left me with unfinished work and a leaking porch roof.

Requested a downpayment and Ronald P. Obert was paid $4000 on June 24, 2022 (total cost $6800). Since then, Ronald P. Obert has had several excuses as to why he could not start the job. Canceled the contract with him in October 2022 and requested the downpayment to be returned. Ronald P. Obert started to pay back the deposit on January 11, 2023, ending payments on May 4, 2024. Total amount repaid to date: $2100 out of $4000 due. Does not return my calls or responds to certified letters at this time.
