I called a couple hours later and the dispatch phone went straight to voice mail. So I called another plumber who sent 2 guys that evening and they immediately knew the problem was in the septic tank. One hour later, I was back in business. Fortunately because the whole HVAC was replaced in 2016 the part was under warranty. Had to take advantage of their third party financing {thanks Covid 19} which was simple, easy, and has reasonable terms even for less than stellar credit. First tech arrived right on time and started the project while waiting for the second. A third tech arrived who was a trainee and since we homeschool I thought that was fabulous - continuing to make my property an educational center. He also installed a secondary cut-off valve for the main line that is much easier to operate than the one on the street maintained by the water supply company.
