Awesome service!! Zach (tech) spent over 6 hours taking toilets (3) apart, snaking the drain (in 2…read morelocations) all the way to the city line and running a camera to the city line as well. During this process another tech brought a bigger machine - afterhours. Then he correctly diagnosed the problem - the city line was plugged. Zach talked to the city dispatcher (Saturday @ 8 pm) and then left.
