Noble roofing has been sent out 4 times and state that they sealed the leak but each year the saga continues. Noble roofing is not responsive or follow up at all. Issue reported for the 5th time on 12/30/2022. They sent a roof inspector out finally after a month on 1/27/2023; but did not call me to schedule an inspection and I was unavailable. I had to have them reschedule for 2/1/2023; when I would be home. They never showed up, I called and they said the cancelled due to weather conditions, but failed to call me to notify me they were canceling and needed to reschedule. This company is a complete waste of time!

Based on the positive experiences that my 2 neighbors had with Noble, I decided to hire them, too. Setting up the initial assessment couldn't have been easier. A quick phone call to their office, and I had an appointment for the very next day. Daniel, the General Manager, came out with his assistant, Omar, to assess the condition of my roof. I knew from a previous gutter cleaning that I had lots of cracked shingles. Daniel and Omar confirmed this and told me that the particular shingle on my roof (CertainTeed Horizon) was known to be susceptible to thermal cracking and premature failure. They took lots of pictures and emailed them to me that same evening. Daniel was very helpful in explaining in detail the whole process of how to have my roof replaced under homeowner's insurance. I made an appointment with my insurance adjuster to inspect my roof, and Daniel made sure he was right there with me to ensure that their assessment of the roof damage was consistent with what he had found. When my insurance company sent me the estimate for the roof replacement, I forwarded it to Daniel right away and made an appointment to sign the contract with Noble the very next day. Daniel was very helpful in explaining to me the specifications of the choices in shingle that they had to offer. I went with Daniel's suggestion of the GAF Timberline HD shingle. Daniel also explained to me all the items on the work order that his crew would complete, including tasks to bring my roof up to current building code. Within 2 weeks of signing the contract, I had a beautiful new roof. A crew came and loaded all the shingles on my roof one day, and another crew came the next day to perform the work. The workers were very careful to put tarps over any areas where debris might fall on. They worked very diligently from about 6:30AM-3:30PM, much faster than I anticipated thanks to the number of workers who came out. After the work was done, they ran a magnet over the entire area thoroughly to catch any nails on the ground. Daniel even came by after the crew left to do a second passing with the magnet himself. Overall, I was very pleased with Noble Roofing. Everyone I interacted with was very professional and courteous. Daniel answered all of my questions promptly, and I felt like I was in good hands the whole time. Now every time I see a Noble Roofing truck on the road or their sign in front of a house, I know that there's another happy customer out there.

Davis Roofing has been providing quality service at fair prices for 50 years and did the same for me. The workers were courteous and diligent, finishing new roof installation (including new plywood) in less than a day. Their clean-up was thorough and Mr Davis did not ask for any money until the week after the work was completed, making sure I was satisfied with the work. At a time when so many contractors are either sloppy (or dishonest), Davis Roofing is a breath of fresh air.

Ronnie Davis explained the process of replacing the entire roof as our house is 41 years old and it had developed several leaks. He got on the roof himself and inspected it. We also had new gutters, gutter guards, and downspouts installed. The gutters only took about an hour start to finish. We asked them, while they were still on the ladder, if they could fix one of shutters that had started to fall ( because it had been up there for 41 years) and they said that it was no problem. I didn't ask them to do the skylights and that is on me, not them. Again, great value and hard workers - they have earned my repeat business. Communication and invoicing could be better, but nobody is perfect. We can all do better. Also, forgot to mention we used them for gutter cleaning too last winter. Same communication and invoicing issues but that's OK. They got the job done and a fair price.

The most expensive started at $20K and without changing anything at all came down to $9,500 after I said no for about 30 minutes. That reminds me of another aspect of what I liked about Master Roofing. There was absolutely zero pressure. I was not made to feel if I didn't sign on the bottom line immediately, I'd lose out on special pricing. Master Roofing did not make me sit with them - Some companies required my wife to be there with me for the hours long intimidation sales pitch. Lastly, their employees are not subcontractors who worked very hard did a great job. I've been in general construction most of my life and nothing jumped out to me as being done incorrectly or half-assed. I also sent pictures and questions to my cousin in GA who literally builds entire houses. He said it looks great. I had a great experience with a small, family run business that's been in business for decades and wanted to share my opinion because of it. From inside the attic I can see a little bit a water on the pipe so I knew that was the problem. I had called five other roofing companies including JR's. Within 30 minutes I had a callback from Ramon who said that they could replace them the same day. I had another company quote me 2 1/2 times as much. Which was a complete rip off, terrible... I was really happy with JR's pricing and the response. In 45 minutes they were on scene and up on the roof. They brought down the old flashing boots and sure enough they were dry rotted. It was really disappointing that other companies would want to rip somebody off that much.
