The whole house was done quickly and exactly as written up. We love our roof now, it's the best part of pur house now! Since RBMs work we have reached out to Rob with concerns or questions and he immediately responded and inspected to ease concerns. At our request, most recently Rob came to look at the gutter ice dams that formed from the harsh weather and he put our concerns at ease and actually went up on the snowy roof and removed leaves from our gutter! To his credit, after my distress about this he got somebody else in the area to look at it who found the problem of a broken pipe pretty quickly. Still, it can be very hard to get an appointment for an end-of-the-year shut down and they don't give you a window of time in which you have to be home until the previous day which is hard for a working mom with kids. I'm trying out another service. In addition when I asked them about a service called both for irrigation and lighting, they were going to charge me a different and very high service call fee for the lighting, even though I wanted both at once.
