Usually the clothes are in disarray and in general the place is a bit of a mess. The employees just can't keep up and many of the customers are just plain slobs. I've never seen the employees on the floor, they are usually behind the counter or at the dressing rooms. I hate the fact that you can only take 8 items to try on, and that a 2 piece bathing suit counts as 2. What a pain! I do like being able to find name brand clothes and shoes at discount prices.
