I loved the wind spinners, dish clothes, Serengeti tumblers, socks, collapsible water bowls, magnets, coasters, t-shirts, and more. Prices are about what you would expect for a tourist area. The Stanley style tumblers with different dog breeds were $39.99. The rest of the store had the typical touristy souvenirs that most of the stores offer near the sponge docks. Fatty's Place carries real sponges, Tarpon Spring shirts, beauty products, Christmas ornaments, mugs, little figurines, wall decorations, clothing, and accessories. This store has something for everyone. We were trying to figure out the best game plan for attending the Epiphany the next day and the lady working the store really took the time to help us and answer questions. My and my husband just purchased a new home, completely gutted it, and we're in need of new fixtures. We walked in and we're linked with Kara. She didn't seem too eager to work with us, maybe because we had a budget? Either way, she was very cold and off-putting during our hour sit down. On top of being cold, she failed to email me an invoice (which I requested twice) and failed to notify me when parts came in. We had to order additional parts and when we came back in Kara either didn't remember our faces from a few weeks ago or just didn't care to acknowledge us. We still placed the order with her out of convenience. When our second order arrived, she decided to call me 5pm saying our facets came in today but they were about to close so I would have to wait. A call earlier in the day would have been helpful. On the other hand, Jeff in the warehouse was wonderful. He was helpful and knowledgeable and made us feel at home when we ordered more pieces (we should have just went to him for our second order). This location could use more people like Jeff. All in all, when you are spending thousands of dollars on fixtures, you expect to be treated with kindness and respect. A smile could go a long way, Kara! :)

I bought a purple shampoo, toner and developer and after using the shampoo my hair roots were so…read morerough I couldn't comb my hair without using a lot of leave in conditioner. I was afraid to use the toner and developer after reading reviews online of how easy it is to mess up my hair so I tried returning both. The store only gives you a bag if you pay for it so I lost my receipt. The girl who helped me 2 days ago recognized me and I had the same credit card that I bought it with, but they will only give store credit unless you have the receipt. After getting such bad advice from her about that purple shampoo removing the brassy yellow from my hair (which it didn't do) I don't trust the store and didn't want the store credit. Waste of $15 for the shampoo. No one wants their long hair to break at the root of be so rough that you can't comb it! Told her I would rather throw it away then have store credit! I opened the bottle and dumped it in the outside trash can while she watched. I will never come back!

She was very kind and helpful while showing us the color changing clothing which is nothing short of amazing. LOL I really liked the variety and a uniqueness of their items.
