The office manager told the assistant (who was very nice) that I was not allowed to exit the facility and come back after Ive checked in. They will not provide me a phone number to the actual practice so I can call my self and their is no corporate number I can track down. But, seriously, the lobby is nicely decorated. Even the smell was pleasant. There's a giant TV that streams NetFlix shows, which are great to keep kids occupied. They had Planet Earth on when I was there. It's a very welcoming location. The rooms are huge! Not your standard doctor's room. Impressed! Exceeded expectations.

I had been going to Northeast Dermatology in Portsmouth for years. At last year's appointment the…read moredermatologist asked if I would rather go to the office in York instead of Portsmouth. I thought that was great considering I live in Kennebunk. Today was my appointment at 10AM. I did a driveway earlier this week. I arrived today to find the door locked. I called the Portsmouth office and voiced my displeasure with not being told the office was closed. She said they left me a voicemail in December (I never received it). She said the woman I had my appointment with was no longer there. I said I wasn't happy about driving there for 1/2 hr. and since I was close to Portsmouth, did they have anything available in Portsmouth for today. She said yes, at 10:40. I said that would be great. She said I'm gonna put you on hold so I can set it up with scheduling. I sat in my car hoping to get a response. After 20 minutes on hold, I hung up and called back thinking I was in the black hole. So I called back. She had an attitude and said there was nothing available today but she could get me in next week. I told her I was not interested and honestly I did use a naughty word. If there's one thing I cannot tolerate is people wasting my time. They could have sent me an email or try contacting me again. So I wasted 1 hour and 20 minutes. Never again!

She did not nor could be bothered.although that was my appointment time, She should have called. We could've discussrd all issues as results were VOID!??. The CO2 laser was applied after waiting 40 mimutes in office for lidocaine to kick in. The way in which she half-@$$ed slathered numbing cream== wrong, client can apply prior to appt time & not waiting an additional 40 minutes. I was non too happy. Kayla misinformed me regarding time to complete application & results. Regarding time I have to guess she is again unaware. She quoted 30-40 minute application. She was off!! She simply didn't care. I drove 2 hours on my time not one staff member contacted a potential employee familiar with C02 laser?? Is anybody familiar or have tenure?? No. Last visit staffer responded .... "those are your results.....that's what ya get, have a good one, see ya!" . Incompetent at its best! No offer to make amends speak w/ practicing doctor. The medical spa Practioners who have quality morals definitely take all.into consdixdrstiim wanting to flourish with sincere reviews by authentic clients. "Huh, what, " did that change" idk" worst in sales, product knowledge, & the simple act of acknowledging a former or potential client who entered the office. The physician who owns practice employs 4-6 pack of dimly lit bulbs! He did not pick up the phone & should have!! No rectification!! Not a one can give a flying fiddly fiddly. My face was scarred prior it was not!! After a week ++ of downtime I saw virtually zip! It was an absolute total waste of 3 k. 2 areas, monstrous looking, Torn up skin, bleeding & left with scarring. Obviously I'm not the only patient who doesn't believe in this particular medical spa. Don't waste your time it valuable $$, do your homework. I don't suggest C02 laser or seacoast rejuvenation. I anticipated reasonable results, informed same. No ambiance, no redeeming qualities, no results! This Spa is on the no fly zone! Not an offer for gratis lip plumper or neurotoxin not that I'd allow any staffer to inject my skin. They are in another stratospherere. Abbvie the parent company carries incredible products, juvederm etc. it's the handler who's the problem. The staffer told me products would not improve? What a joke. "It's too bad you missed your follow-up" Kayla stated it's best to see the individual 4-6 months after particular procedure showing end result. It doesn't matter today. Lazer was not a performer nor was Kayla who lacked the capacity to rectify & all out efforts to make right. My skin in no way is leathered or wrinkly crinkles. I have decent skin & it looks great since finding a aithentic professional medical spa. The staffer who brought me into spa room is unaware. Unforgivable. Informed C02 is a great application, improves areas of concern. I didn't expect the heavens however I expected some visible results as did staffer. Lastly I walked in one day to discuss results. I see & hear 3 people talking about a dog who passed which went on & on Not one staffer asked any questions to the client who walked in the doors. "do you need assist?" 2 of the individuals mentioned in spa attire & on the clock. I heard "awwwz"~ sad chat. Communication skill another failure. I called multiple times and was asked each time to provide evidence from my "bank statement" even though i paid with an FSA card. They never did anything with the information. Each time i contact them, even in writing, they act as if it is the first time they've heard of me. This was months ago and they cannot seem to figure out that they charged my card twice on the same day. I don't know if it is dishonestly or gross incompetence (probably the latter) Go anywhere else.
