They were very on top of their responses and customer service was always professional and amazing. Down to the bottom line, i was more excited than a kid waiting for christmas to get this procedure. I went it and they were very hospitable since i had to bring my 2 kids who waited in the waiting room. The ambiance was very relaxed and real. The personalities werent fake and made you feel more at ease. There was an no one at fault hiccup whoch made me freak out abd the nurse was so patient and helpful and calming thru the entire ordeal. She even called after to make sure i was okay. She let me look in the mirror and pick apart the results before the swelling set in. The recovery was brutal and panicy. I recommend not looking in the mirror for at least 3 days. I went in for a follow up and again, all my expectations and wants were met with fantastic professional results after goibg thru multiple options. All i can say is, being my own worst critic tonight i looked in the mirror 2 weeks post procedure. And for the first time in 34 years i love the reflection looking back at me. I wish i had done this sooner and i will be going back. They earned a lobg term client and im here to tell everyobe to come 3bcause theyre amazibg, professional, welcoming, fairley priced ((esp for boston)) and the results were beyond expectations! Melissa was the obe who did all my procedures and shes fantastic. Thank you all so much!

I came here to announce that I have officially cut off the last of that god forsaken bleach job!…read moreTook forever but I'm finally back to my natural healthy curls and color. I also didn't want to originally even dignify the response from the business owner because it was extremely defensive and actively not true but I might as well along side my happy update: Hi Ashley, What you said is not true. I very clearly stated that I wanted my roots done, which was clearly need at the time as I had let my roots grow out to about three inches. My roots were bad and i was coming to you guys with a very simple task. The first thing I was told when I sat in the chair (and was previously told when I had gotten a haircut there prior) is that I have "a lot of hair". The implication that my amount of hair is a burden to the stylist and therefore means she will not have enough time to do what I asked is ridiculous. If you can't deal with curly hair, then say that. What you do is have the respect to me and for yourself, to say im sorry i can't do your hair. "She tried to accommodate you best as her schedule would allow without turning you away" that sounds like a problem with her schedule also you could have JUST TURNED ME AWAY. I would fully understand if someone said that for whatever reason they couldn't do my hair, I would prefer that to what happened. "Your ends had a previous color on them" yes and I made that clear in booking and in the appointment that I have previous color. "You were charged for each of your services because the 1st service was a partial foil and the next was to complete the rest of your hair to make it a full foil" I asked to get my roots done, i did not have that happen for some reason, yes roots is a partial foil. But what she did was put them on the front of my hair for some reason and on half of my roots. The 2nd service was a redo to fix the mistake YOU GUYS MADE, the only was to fix the mistake was to make the rest of my head match. I was charged for an appointment to fix the mistake you guys made. I am most upset about them money wasted (god i can't believe I tipped both times, but I was a freaked out teen who was just trying to be nice) and your attitude. The work was incompetent, and instead of saying, we're sorry for the bad job done by a stylist who (if im not mistaken was still in cosmetology school) or for miscommunication during the appointment (though I know I was very clear on the task of lightening my roots to match the rest of my hair). Instead I was gaslighted down into thinking it wasn't a big deal (that you ruined my curly hair that was down to my back) and that it was my fault? I had been getting my hair bleached for about two years at that point, i knew what i was asking for. I would still lovingly accept a refund and proof of certification for that stylist.

I had a haircut and style done by Ashley, and she was phenomenal. I simply love, love, love my…read morehaircut and style!

They have a great selection of high-end makeup brands…read more(Stila, Urban Decay, Too Faced, Tarte, etc.) as well as a nice selection of fragrances. They have a wide selection in general. The drugstore brands such as Maybelline, Revlon, Cover Girl, and etc. are more expensive than they would be if you walked across the plaza and purchased them at Walmart. The place is clean and bright, and there's usually not too many people in here. My cashier was very pleasant and friendly, and made sure I knew what I was buying. (I was buying a face powder for my mother who is a few shades darker than I am, and she made sure I knew it wouldn't be my color.) She also commented on a few purchases with things like "Oh, I love this!" "This is so cute." "You're gonna love this." etc. They have really cute holiday-themed gift sets during the holidays, too! There were tons of little sets and samples put together!

He was very close to me at one point and I personally saw he had a knife on him, which was really scary for everyone around. He ended up stealing a Dyson after messing with the security device and leaving the store. People around were clearly shaken and felt unsafe during it. What stood out to me was that staff didn't say anything about what was happening or reassure customers, just the normal 'do you need help finding anything' while walking around. I get there's only so much employees can do, but I would've expected some kind of response or acknowledgement after something that serious. I didn't feel safe and won't be going back. Extremely ghetto location avoid at all costs
