"Your appointment was yesterday!" I rescheduled & again had a problem. I asked for the individual who did the c02 to return call & guess what?? She did not nor could be bothered.although that was my appointment time, She should have called. We could've discussrd all issues as results were VOID!??. The CO2 laser was applied after waiting 40 mimutes in office for lidocaine to kick in. The way in which she half-@$$ed slathered numbing cream== wrong, client can apply prior to appt time & not waiting an additional 40 minutes. I was non too happy. Kayla misinformed me regarding time to complete application & results. Regarding time I have to guess she is again unaware. She quoted 30-40 minute application. She was off!! She simply didn't care. I drove 2 hours on my time not one staff member contacted a potential employee familiar with C02 laser?? Is anybody familiar or have tenure?? No. Last visit staffer responded .... "those are your results.....that's what ya get, have a good one, see ya!" . Incompetent at its best! No offer to make amends speak w/ practicing doctor. The medical spa Practioners who have quality morals definitely take all.into consdixdrstiim wanting to flourish with sincere reviews by authentic clients. I asked if brightening cream package changed? Responses Amongst staff... "Huh, what, " did that change" idk" worst in sales, product knowledge, & the simple act of acknowledging a former or potential client who entered the office. The physician who owns practice employs 4-6 pack of dimly lit bulbs! He did not pick up the phone & should have!! No rectification!! Not a one can give a flying fiddly fiddly. My face was scarred prior it was not!! After a week ++ of downtime I saw virtually zip! It was an absolute total waste of 3 k. 2 areas, monstrous looking, Torn up skin, bleeding & left with scarring. Obviously I'm not the only patient who doesn't believe in this particular medical spa. Don't waste your time it valuable $$, do your homework. I don't suggest C02 laser or seacoast rejuvenation. I anticipated reasonable results, informed same. No ambiance, no redeeming qualities, no results! This Spa is on the no fly zone! Not an offer for gratis lip plumper or neurotoxin not that I'd allow any staffer to inject my skin. They are in another stratospherere. Abbvie the parent company carries incredible products, juvederm etc. it's the handler who's the problem. The staffer told me products would not improve? What a joke. "It's too bad you missed your follow-up" Kayla stated it's best to see the individual 4-6 months after particular procedure showing end result. It doesn't matter today. Lazer was not a performer nor was Kayla who lacked the capacity to rectify & all out efforts to make right. My skin in no way is leathered or wrinkly crinkles. I have decent skin & it looks great since finding a aithentic professional medical spa. The staffer who brought me into spa room is unaware. Unforgivable. Informed C02 is a great application, improves areas of concern. I didn't expect the heavens however I expected some visible results as did staffer. Lastly I walked in one day to discuss results. I see & hear 3 people talking about a dog who passed which went on & on Not one staffer asked any questions to the client who walked in the doors. I really wanted to like this place and I can't write about it as a whole, but I can speak to the one woman who administered Dysport to my face that made my issue even worse. I have been getting botox for a while now and always have my eyelids and eyebrows lifted because of ptosis and never had a problem. Due to Covid I was not able to see my regular person and decided to come here. Instead of lifting my eyebrows and eyelids, she administered so much Dysport in my forehead that it's pushing my eyebrows and eyelids down that my eyelids are coming over my eyelashes and getting frequent headaches. I called after a week wondering why this was happening and they offered me an appointment with the doctor but I didn't want to risk anymore inexperienced injections and decided to wait to see my normal RN. My normal RN knew the minute I walked in what had been done and was able to put a few injections in to make it 40% better. So I basically spent $380 to make my face 60% worse than it was before. This is an experience that has taught me to always make sure I have an experienced injector as I now want to cry every time I look in the mirror and can't even wear mascara without it all over my face. read more

Procedure: Lip Filler (One Syringe of Kysse) Total Time: 40 minutes (paper work, bond and rapport, consultation, lidocaine, lip filler, bathroom, questions) Procedure Process: 10/10 Dr. Alhojerry introduced himself and got to know me/my friends I brought for support, asked me what look I wanted to achieve, explained the process and answered any questions. Initially I kind of wanted to go big or go home Kylie Jenner lips but him and my friends talked me out of it (thank God for good friends and professionals.) He is all about achieving a natural look, which was actually a huge relief especially since this was my first time with lip filler. I was worried I would either hate them or something would go wrong. He was reassuring and ended up only injecting my top lip to even them out and to fill in the spots I told him I was a little insecure about/have noticed look kind of deflated. I am so so happy with the results. It doesn't hurt at all because Lidocaine is used on your entire mouth and surrounding areas which numbs any prick/poke. It gave me a boost in confidence I didn't think I needed. Recovery Time: I read online 1-2 week recovery but mine were healed by day 3. Very little swelling, no bruises, only had 1 tiny tiny scab on one of the injection spots. My friends and I got Chick-Fil-A after my appointment lol you don't have to make any dramatic life changes what so ever. Customer Service: 10/10 the staff members were so so knowledgeable, accommodating and friendly to me and my two friends I brought with me to my appointment. Cost: Typically $610.00 (my BFF won their Instagram giveaway and gifted me the procedure so it was free of charge this time for me) Facility: 10/10 very nice, clean, relaxing Comments: I will def be getting lip filler again I'm in love with the results. I want to also get Botox in between my eyebrows and in my masseter muscles, I can confidently say I trust the hands I'm in here. They have specials and giveaways on their Instagram which is cool. This is the worst waste of money I've ever spent. I went here in April 2010 for laser hair removal and got a package for 5 visits. After my first treatment I had horrible purple marks that looked really bad so I called and they offered to look at it but they basically said that it was normal and would fade away in a week or so. To be fair, hyperpigmentation IS listed in side effects. 4 or 5 months later the marks were still there. I didn't want to go on with the treatments until these marks faded away because I didn't want to make it worse. I went back in July or August, and they basically said the same thing, the marks would go away in a month or 2. I asked my dermatologist about it and with laser hair removal, hyperpigmentation worsens if the laser it set too high... I suspected this anyways because on areas where they used a lower setting, I did not have marks. Also, the person doing the treatment seemed inexperienced. Come November/December the marks are STILL there... I called the place and said I didn't want to continue with the treatments and I was unhappy with the experience. I said I would pay for the one treatment I did have, but wanted my money back for the rest. I considered this fair, I paid for what I had done...... even though it completely sucked. The owner of the place refused to give me my money back due to a ' no refund' policy and would only offer me a gift certificate .. this was for over $1000!! Why the hell would I ever want to get anything else done at this place anyways?? I refused, and ended up having to resort to legal mediation and still only got 1/2 my money back. I understand the concept of a no refund policy, but I was completely dissatisfied with the treatment, had a bad experience and STILL have marks from the laser. This was the absolute worst customer service I've ever encountered. The owner even blamed me for not coming in sooner to have them check on it. ( Even though I was told on the phone that it was nothing to worry about, several times, and told the same when i DID go in 5 months later) In conclusion, this was a total rip off and I would never recommend this place to anyone. I just saw a 1 star review and felt like I should chime in . First of all when people usually get laser hair removal it's because they have stubborn hair growth . It's not the technicians faults that you're hair already grew back . Laser hair removal is more often not permanent and has to be somewhat consistent. What I can say is I have ordered 3 packages over the past 3 years and have never been dissatisfied with the service or the outcome . Please BEWARE of Dr Hails! She is not a dermotologist. She is not a plastic surgeon.. She is an emergency room doctor! She does not have the extent of education in this field as other doctors in the area! Please do your homework as we have Drs. in our area who have higher qualifications and do this for a living. I have never even met this Doctor Hails after two meetings to discuss and 2 procedures. She doesn't do the procedures herself such as Thermage, Restalyne, Perlayne, Botox. She has her staff do all this. I have been to many Drs. in the area and always, always a Dr does the procedure with an assistant in attendance. I was a bit concerned the first time but the second time I was shocked that Dr was not in attendance. Absolutely Wonderful Experience I have been a Ford model for 10 years and in the modeling industry working with different agencies for about 25 years. Of course it is very important for me to look my best! Often the camera picks up every little detail...blemishes, wrinkles, birthmarks etc. So much to the point that it's more noticeable on camera than in person. I started noticing things in photos that were extremely unflattering, such a deep lines around my mouth and sagging skin around my knees. Hence my visit to Seacoast Rejuvenation Center. The EXILIS treatment has been life changing for me. First of all the actual experience of the treatments was delightful. Julie, the certified therapist, has such a beautiful presence and made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Throughout the treatments I felt a deep heating sensation on my skin which was very comfortable and at one point I even fell asleep! To me Exilis is magical because it is non-invasive and I actually saw my skin tightening right after the first treatment. It didn't change the structure of my features in any way as some other procedures can do. It just gave me a more youthful version of me! Kind of like when I was 16 :). And to think that the results get even better over a period of a few months....pretty amazing. The center itself has a great energy about it as it is esthetically pleasing and has a soothing atmosphere. The staff is pleasant, helpful, friendly and well-informed. I absolutely loved my experience and highly recommend the Seacoast Rejuvenation Center. I'm writing this review b/c I've been a client here for about three years and think it's totally unfair to read these two reviews. I live in the Boston area and found SRC researching a high end laser procedure (TotalFX). Had a great experience and a great result. Since then I've returned about five times for lighter treatments (Dysport) and while it may not be perfect it's really good on the whole. (FYI, I haven't had anything else done here so I can't speak to Lucy P's laser hair removal.) OK, so here's what you get with SRC. 1) It's a professional, comfortable environment. It's like a doctor's office, so if you're looking for a "retail store" set up (like I suspect Spencer T. was) then you'll be disappointed. HINT: I make appointments by email mostly. They call and follow up and they remind you of your appts. Also, the facility is off the beaten path - at the old Pease Airforce Base tucked behind some sort of shopping plaza. But it's very nice and very professional, pretty. 2) The quality of the services I received has consistently been great. The TotalFX procedure I had three years ago is a pretty high end one (that costs as much as $5K in Boston and was MUCH less $ here). Loved my results so much I'm getting it again this year. 3) (Related to my last comment) the price relative to bigger markets is very good. Mind you, it's not WHY I choose them but it's certainly why I drive from far away. Botox and Dysport is about 30-40 percent cheaper than the Newbury Street prices as far as I can tell. 4) Finally, I trust them. Once I came in and requested two areas of my face for a Dysport treatment (priced by the area) and my nurse urged me to just get one. That said a lot to me. She wasn't pushing me to do more. I first heard of Seacoast Rejuvenation through a friend and found out about their $188 special for 6 sessions of laser hair removal. My first session was in August of 2017. As the sessions went on, I noticed great improvement. By my 6th visit, most of my underarm hair had stopped growing besides a small patch. They suggested that I go in for another session. Touch up sessions were $25. After my 7th session, I still noticed that small patch of hair not going away. I went for an 8th session for another $25 dollars. My 8th session was in March of 2018. It is now January of 2019 and my underarm hair has completely grown back. It is so frustrating that I spent over $200 and it took me a full hour to drive there! I'm not sure if their machine was compatible with my skin color and hair color? I have fair skin and dark blonde underarm hair. If that was the case, they should really invest in better technology that is compatible with all skin and hair colors. So disappointed in the time and money I spent only for all of my hair to grow back. I recommend that if you want laser hair removal, go to a more reputable place where they can 100% guarantee that your hair will not grow back!!! read more
