It is clean and well stocked, and has a great selection of everything under the sun, including food, clothing, household items, medical supplies, and pharmacy, supplies and pharmaceuticals, outdoor items of all kinds and more.

And the backpack zipper is already off track not working could maybe be a simple fix who knows but what I do know is if I pay that much for a backpack I expect that to atleast not happen as a Walmart one will last the whole year but lesson learned. not to mention some of the shirts were $17 just too steep and I can get things just as cute for way less. maybe be a children's place to shop but not very accommodating for parents.

I enjoy shopping at children's place and the clothes seem to last and be good quality. However, this time they wanted to charge me .15 cents for a bag. I thought that was awful and it really made me think if I want to continue to spend my hard earning money there. I know it's not a lot of money, but it's the principle. If I'm purchasing items why should I not receive bag for my purchase?

I love their Disney section and their fun gifts although they are quite pricey. They always have a great clearance section too. The coffee shop, Joe Muggs, wasn't as great though. They have changed their menu and no longer have Italian sodas which was a bummer. They did have fun literary themed drinks this visit like Butterbrew from Harry Potter and The Red Queen from Alice in Wonderland, which we tried and liked. My husband thought the brewed coffee wasn't great (lacked flavor and scorching hot) and they had no milk or cream avail on the condiment station. I do wish BM offered a kids program or free rewards program like Barnes and Noble. Most of their discounts seem to be for online or for their paid membership.

When you call the store to talk to the manager about the issues she won't take the time to speak with you and she will make you feel bad about calling and WON'T have your back.
