The folks on staff when we visited were super nice and helpful at showing us around. Agree with the reviewer who shops the remnants room - that was me as well. Beautiful finds there! They also have a really nice selection of buttons that you won't find elsewhere. While checking out the line was getting long which prompted the cashier to ask for back up. An employee came to help immediately and was so pleasant and kind. Customer service has been rough these days but definitely not here. I didn't realize they carried some products and was pleasantly surprised when I saw their selection. Jim, the owner, said they were caused by his machine. I left the shirts there for the spots to be removed. Two weeks later, I went to pick them up. Spots were still there, though they were lighter, but still very noticeable. I told him we could not accept the shirts in that condition especially since we paid $110 for them. I was told in a cocky, smart-ass manner he would not discuss it or make it good. I did receive a full refund, BUT what a crappy way to run a business and treat customers.
