All surrounding stores were sold out. I went to shop in the aisles first and looked at the ornaments but didn't see a possum. I thought if they were really cute I might pick up another one. But didn't see one. When I went to the counter to pick up my order, the manager so kindly apologized that he spent at least 10 minutes looking for the possum ornament. I thanked him so much for trying to find it. I did end up buying 2 different ornaments because they were marked down to $2 which was less than the price when I shopped online. Although I was unable to get the item I ordered I really appreciated the managers excellent customer service.
