She then charged her purchase on another credit card. We checked it when we got back to our condo only to discover that one was put back on her bank card but still had a charge their and on her credit card. She called the owner and she said that her batch came out right. We ended up going to the shop to clear this up. She was not willing to listen or even to look at the proof we had on the phone. She was rude, we took our business to Mill House and we spent 300.00 or more there. Which one of their employees said that they did not have much selection,they had more then Quintessential Quilts had. I only gave it 1 star for you had to choose. I would not shop there again. Someone was working with a customer figuring out measurements on a quilt at the cutting table. Fifteen minutes later I was ready to check out. I waited five minutes, ignored, then asked if someone could cut fabric for me somewhere. The owner( ?) said no there is only one cutting table. This is where they were still figuring out a pattern. I waited ten more minutes, ignored, and then left . This is awful customer service. I understand helping someone with a quilt, but there were so many ways this could have been better. I'm in a group that goes there once a year. I'm out.

You cannot cut striped zippers. The plain color is fine for cutting around a curve-I have used all the zippers from Sallie Tomato for 8 years and have ZERO issues. They make high quality products. Even using a lightweight need and a 3-3.5" stitch it did not help. I emailed in to her store and they replied back wanting to see pictures. I sent them off the same email and still no reply. I belonged to her facebook group also, when I tried to enter a post about it they also blocked my post. She did reach out one of her advertising Facebook post saying to email her, which I did again and still no reply, nothing back not one word. I give her one star because I do not think a customer should be treated like this and I will not purchase any of her products again. I think she could of at least looked into why these zippers were doing this.
