She even used a process she likes to call, "dopamine decor" a staging process she has coined the term to create good feelings for the home. Out of nowhere, major title issues surfaced, including judgments and a sheriff's sale notice that should have derailed everything. Attorneys on both sides doubted we could move forward, but it was Joanna who refused to give up. She worked tirelessly to resolve these issues, negotiating letters of satisfaction in record time.
