They remodeled pretty much our entire house while we were living in it. Kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry room and three bathrooms... plus a few odds and ends in other areas. They were so polite, respectful & professional! When we were struggling to make decisions and asked for their input, they happily gave us their thoughts and ideas, which was greatly appreciated! When the work was done we were excited and completely satisfied with everything, yet also sad that we wouldn't have them hanging around the house anymore. They became family! Waited all morning, called at 11:30 said they didn't even have it scheduled for delivery. Had to call back 3 times from being transferred/disconnected. Manager said it might be Saturday might be Monday but he'd call back and let me know. Called back at 5:30 when I still hadn't heard from him, was told it would be Monday morning. Monday morning is here still haven't heard anything, status online shows delivered and installation complete Friday. Just called and she said she didn't think it was there but would have to check in the back and would let me know. They are horrible, order from anywhere but here.

Went into the store and talked to a manager and the manager was clueless of how to do their job. Was offered another refrigator but that wouldn't be able to get here until the 5th, but I could pick it up on the 2nd..smh..can't add anything to the trucks, so you have to wait..smh.. So all in all..got my refund and went somewhere else. Horrible customer service from the management in here. It's a part of best buy but can't put it on them..just bad bad communication!!

But when we need to replace a glass globe on one of the lights they tell us they cannot order a replacement glass. We called the manufacturer and they told us they are available but we have to go through the distributor that sold us the fixture. Do not shop at Ferguson, order off the Internet or go to Lowes it is much cheaper and the people are nicer
