My interaction with Roni the owner himself was very much similar to how you meet almost everybody now. Through an app. The yelp app to be exact. I have never actually used Roni's services. What I'm going to review is his awesome customer service and his follow through. He communicated with me on the yelp app itself in the private msg side. By the way that's how you get a quote from business you want to deal with. Roni was on vacation when this incident happened and was honest enough to share that the reason why his assistant wasn't able to respond and help me was because the assistant had no access to his yelp app. Hopefully that has been remedied. As others know who drive a Volkswagen, Porsche, or Audi, the keys are "very special" aka 'finicky' and require more often than not, only a dealership's expertise to either repair or provide a new key. I have previously used another mobile locksmith (APEX) to help me get a new key, several months back, but after 5 hours of their work, the key was created but did not work! I was hopeless that any locksmith who provided mobile service, could ever help me if I ever had a similar issue. Well, I was discouraged until I received the support from THIS company! I expressed my doubt in this very courteous' man's ability to get me a key that would work, since the other company (APEX) FAILED. However, to my very shocked (and pleased) surprise, my key was made and it worked!! I told the locksmith I didn't believe it was true and even drove my car around to ensure my car would remain running. It did! What a mastermind, of great courtesy and evidently expertise, to save me from something I felt I wouldn't be saved from unless I went to the car "stealership"!
