Roni is truly a Godsend. My mother was having issues with her front door and couldn't get it open. She had All-Secure out in March of 2021 and had all of the cylinders replaced and called them first to have the door looked at. They were so rude, couldn't come out for a week, wouldn't stand by their workmanship, and were going to charge $140 just to come out. So we went on the search and found Job Done, and boy oh boy was that the right choice. Roni was so kind and was to her house in 15 minutes. Initially it was going to be $159 but he agreed to the $140 price of his competitor. When he got there, he was able to identify and address the issue which ended up being poor workmanship from All-Secure. They didnt file down a piece of metal and caused the cylinder to catch on occasion and lock her in the house. Roni charged her less than half of the agreed to price since it was a simple fix. We can't say enough good things about Roni and we will be telling everyone we know around town, at church, everywhere what an awsome experience we've had with him. OK, I initially posted a not so positive review because of what I now believe to be an honest mistake. There was some mixup on the year of my vehicle. So when the technicians arrived we had a bit of a disagreement. The owner of the company called me over the weekend and apologized and kindly offered to make things right. These guys just came out programmed 2 fobs free of charge to make up for the mistake. Mistakes happen in life and it's how we handle them that make all the difference.
