My interaction with Roni the owner himself was very much similar to how you meet almost everybody now. Through an app. The yelp app to be exact. I have never actually used Roni's services. What I'm going to review is his awesome customer service and his follow through. He communicated with me on the yelp app itself in the private msg side. By the way that's how you get a quote from business you want to deal with. Roni was on vacation when this incident happened and was honest enough to share that the reason why his assistant wasn't able to respond and help me was because the assistant had no access to his yelp app. Hopefully that has been remedied. As others know who drive a Volkswagen, Porsche, or Audi, the keys are "very special" aka 'finicky' and require more often than not, only a dealership's expertise to either repair or provide a new key. I have previously used another mobile locksmith (APEX) to help me get a new key, several months back, but after 5 hours of their work, the key was created but did not work! I was hopeless that any locksmith who provided mobile service, could ever help me if I ever had a similar issue. Well, I was discouraged until I received the support from THIS company! I expressed my doubt in this very courteous' man's ability to get me a key that would work, since the other company (APEX) FAILED. Can't say enough about the Job Done Locksmith team and the customer service they provide. I'm a tough self-admitted perfectionist, and as far as I'm concerned, Job Done Locksmith is a unicorn. I ordered custom blanks from Hero's Armory and waited to schedule until they'd arrived. When the first locksmith from Job Done showed up, we talked through what needed to be done and he quickly understood he wouldn't be able to cut the keys , but that another locksmith with special equipment would be able to complete the job in one fell swoop. I felt horrible that he'd come out and wasn't able to complete the job I'd expected, but Harry assured me it was no problem and that their number one priority is customer satisfaction. How refreshing. Harry left and a little later I received a call from the owner Roni, who was on his way to my residence. Roni showed up promptly, busted out his kit to re-key the entire house lickety split, and cut all of my custom blanks perfectly.
