I called to have it fixed and the woman answering the phone said "just come by and a technician will ride with you to pinpoint the problem " so I did. After some time they locate the leak and scheduled an appointment. It was discussed to put silicone on the inside between glass and dash and I specifically said NO!! I DONT WANT BLACK GUNK ON MY DASH!! So they ordered another windshield to have on hand in case mine broke in the removal and reinstalling process. The appointment was even rescheduled once because windshield wasn't there yet. Jump to today. Day of rescheduled appointment and I call 1/2 hour before appointment to make sure all is good and Jeep can sit in rain after appointment and was told all is good. I sat waiting for 1 1/2 hour while they "worked" on my Jeep. I go out to my finished Jeep only to fine a STRIP OF WET SILICONE! Between Glass and dash!!!! And was then told that they DIDn'T have a replacement windshield after all and so they DIDN't remove and reset my windshield! Only did exactly what I had told them I WASNT OK WITH!! Silicone!!! WTH!!! It took 1 1/2 hours to shoot a NOT wanted NOT very well done strip of black gunk on my dash???? Seriously!!! Is my time worth nothing!?!

The gentleman that assisted me was very friendly and knowledgeable. About two hours after drop off, my phone rang and it was the same gentleman letting me know that the windshield that they had pulled for my truck was not the correct one. This was 100% my fault, as I had stated that the truck was not equipped with some thing that it was equipped with. He offered to not only sell me the correct one at the same price, he made arrangements to do it at my home on Tuesday. Customer service win number two. He then thanked me for my patience and understanding even though it was my fault that they had the wrong glass to begin with. Customer service win number three! Let me start off…read moreby saying what a pleasure it was to work with Bryon (owner and salesman), and his installers (work for the company and not contracted out, also his sons). They were incredibly professional, communication was excellent, and the windows are made right here in the USA! The cost was much lower than other companies in the area because they don't contract their work out, they don't have to pay a salesman commission, etc. The installers brought in drop cloths to protect my floors while pulling out the old windows. They worked very efficiently (keep in mind it's December), and they put the new windows up as quickly as possible so as not to have a gaping hole to let all the heat out. I got prairie grids in all my front windows, which are gorgeous! I also got Solar screens installed which help to block out the heat in the summer before it ever hits your windows which equals major efficiency. They are full screens with double hung windows; I can pull the windows down from the top and not have to worry about rain (where I have an overhang). We got a frosted type of glass in our bathroom and no longer have to keep blinds up that will get nasty due to the humidity. Just couldn't be happier with everything! Excellent customer service, high quality, professionalism, cost. Very happy customer!

I have used this company two times. Once toyy repair a leaking bay window which they did a fabulous…read morejob on. They took out the interior wall. Sealed the leak. Applied some mold control and paint to the soiled surface that apparently had been leaking a while. And repaired the wall leaving it in better condition than originally. Second time I hired them to replace the kitchen window with a larger casement window and replace the bay windows with two side casement windows. They did a great job on the window install but I was disappointed with the finish work on the interior window trim. Although the estimate originally said painting the trim was extra they agreed that the work was not up to their standards. They immediately sent out a new crew to finish the job properly to our complete satisfaction. Yes I would recommend them. You will like doing work with Jordan the job estimator and supervisor. Very soft sell and easy to work with.
