This job that desperately needed filling!! If there are any jobs, maybe one or two and they get taken up pretty quickly, so when they interview you, there are no jobs left to give you, just an empty promise, and they do this without sympathy knowing there are no jobs, not good people. Like I said, its a headhunting thing, just to have names, but no jobs, maybe something a year from now.

After a few minutes of talking he stopped and looked at his watch and then the clock upon the wall when I asked he said his child started school that day and his wife was picking him up......We came back to employment and he told me a "what if" about young people and old people being hired and if they had a choice the old one would not be chosen. that basically an old person would not be hired. Then he stated at the end of the interview not to call him but email making sure I saw his email on the business card he placed in my hand
