I'd been dealing with Sprint over charges for months. I've gone to the Sprint store in League City and have made multiple phone calls with absolutely no representative able to help. Turns out, I was right! I've been charged an over charge of $25 plus tax for the last seven months. Within 15 minutes, Lorena took care of the problem and I was credited for the over charge. I don't think I'll ever go to any other Sprint store or call, as phone representatives, in my experience, have not been helpful. Thank you, Lorena!

We came here hoping to get some answers, and everyone we spoke to was so knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile in looking up stuff and explaining what they found. Our sales guy DJ was especially helpful and spent a ton of time with us. In the end, we learned that it was cheaper to just start fresh and probably go with a prebuilt, but not once did we feel pressured to buy anything. Once we save up a bit, we'll be back to get a prebuilt, and this is now our go-to store for any computer needs.

When I walked in Eduardo (store manager ) doesn't look up from his computer at all. I now think he may have been just watching me on the camera system the whole time. I found some products of interest to me brought them up to the counter and Eduardo was belittling and sarcastic in his tone. Ultimately he became to busy on the phone to even assist me. I have been in low voltage since 1999 and have multiple accounts with national electronic distributors and I have never been treated with such disrespect and disregard in my life. I would not get anything from them even if they were giving it away for free!!!!!
