The individual I spoke with was not compassionate about our situation, although it's a lose-lose, a little kindness and compassion would have been very appreciated. I was met with judgmental remarks from her, as if I don't already understand the situation. "I'm well aware", was my response to her rebuttals and out-of-line comments about our situation.
