When I called her to inform her and request one of my W-2 forms back I was greeted with lots of attitude from Liz. I used them because a friend of mine was an agent, she got us a pretty good deal for insuring two cars. Used them for about a year before I bought a new car and replaced one of the other cars on the policy. About another year later I get a call that my policy would be increasing on THE CAR I SOLD! Apparently I have been charged for over a year on the car that I no longer owned, $600 overcharged! No wonder they appreciate me using paperless! They have no record of me removing that car however they have plenty record of my new vehicle that was added to the policy on the SAME PHONE CALL. After talking to Laurie she laughed and let me know her email and they would happily cancel my policy on all my cars if I would like. Yes please! When I arrived, I waited no more than two minutes and was assisted right away. The staff was very welcoming, and the overall Live Scan process was swift and didn't take much time to complete. Two months later, I called to see if they still had my ATI number available since I had misplaced it after getting fingerprinted. The lady on the phone explained that they usually don't keep that information after 30 days, but she checked to see if she could still find it--and she was able to provide me with the ATI number I needed. She also explained that I had been approved for my CTEC license, which made me very excited. The level of help and understanding they showed regarding my concern was truly above and beyond.
