Anyways all that was happening was that I was getting worse. I was at the point that I was in extreme pain 24 hours a day and could barely get out of bed. That's when we found Active Health. Been coming here for almost 2 months now and I am really seeing great improvement. Actually after my first appointment I saw improvement. I have been going and receiving both chiropractic and acupuncture treatments. I can't give enough praise. Now my wife comes too and we are both feeling much better. All I can say is "Thanks"!

Kristine was amazing, knowledgeable, compassionate. She answered all my questions & took her time explaining the process and what to expect in details. The front desk person was the worst I have encountered. She advised me that her mother had the same birthday as me but her mother was nice. She repeated this over and over. Over and beyond the receptionist, I believe my diagnoses was incorrect. My Dr. said bicep muscle tear, the physiotherapist said rotator cuff. All my symptoms point to bicep tear. Now, I am faced with another assessment elsewhere. The therapist was in a rush and left my personal papers, which consisted of the Dr's diagnoses and one of their forms in the examining room for anyone to find and read. She took my file but not those papers. Best advice I can give is stay away from Pro Physio.

I've found though, that it's best to schedule a date in advance (and keep it) to ensure your treatment moves forward as planned. There is a cancellation policy fully laid out and explained, however, should you need to cancel your appointment. As expected, respect (with regard to cancellations) ON BOTH SIDES, is commonplace and is appreciated! I require "deep tissue" treatments, for which I am grateful to have found amongst this talented, Registered Staff. Not all RMTs perform this treatment.
